Makasuntra Opens in SM Megamall

I've been in Singapore and Malaysiana couple of times and have seen how differently remarkable their countries are not just because of geographic locations, the people and culture, but the outstanding cuisine they have available in the nooks and crannies on the street. I felt how important it is for their citizenry to bond over food much like ours and how they get a whole color palette of ingredients, fresh produce and spices become an integral part of who they are as a country. When I started working out in Megamall a couple of months ago, I saw a whole line of shops covered with a tarp covered with the word MAKANSUTRA, a thing I've been seeing in Asian Food TV shows for years which means Food Guide based on Buddhist scriptures. TV Host and Restaurateur KF Seetoh dubbed this to pay homage to recipes from forefathers in the Asian Region.
