GVB Set To Showcase Guam at the 2014 PTAA Travel Tour Expo

Just a few hours away from the Philippines is GUAM - they're also set to reveal great packages this coming February 14 - 16, 2014 at the PTTA Travel and Tour Expo at the Mall of Asia SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. 

If you haven't seen the island yet, this is a great time to get in touch with the representatives from GUAM Visitors Bureau and get a taste of what its like to be in their pristine beaches, rich culture and flavorful cuisine; all of which you can do on a whim even on weekends. 

This place is also a shopping haven for tourists since they enjoy tax free privileges. There's even more discounts from November to January where the SHOP GUAM FESTIVAL happens each year. It's the biggest one in the Western Pacific and thousands of shopaholics use this as an excuse to stay longer in Guam, I couldn't blame them though :)

On April 13, they will hold the Guam International Marathon then the annual Ko Ko Road Race in October. You can also stay there for the Guam Music Festival which happens in June. These are just the recommended dates but you can always go there all the time so you can see for yourself what Guam + its Chamorro people are all about. 

Make sure you check out the official Guam Visitors Bureau booth at the PTTA Travel and Tour Expo (booth 386-389) at the 3rd Hall of the SMX Convention Center at the dates mentioned above. There will be special shows performed by Guam's very own Cultural Chamorro Dancers to give you a glimpse of what it feels like to visit GUAM!

Summer is hotter with Banana Boat Sunscreen Lotion, Schick, & Nuffnang

My ideal Nuffnang summer is...

A breeze that would make your summer nights colder, a tall glass of Tequila Sunrise, a beach that stretches around 7 KM of white beach sand and a hammock tied up in 2 coconut trees while watching the majestic sunset happen in its shores. Now how's that for a Nuffnang Summer? =)

This happened just this February. I had a blog hiatus at this time and I just needed a break from all of the stress in the city. This vacation gave me more than what I bargained for because this sunset shots I got just made everything worth it! It's like "Schick. Free your skin." because the freedom I got there totally disconnecting from technology made me understand how much love I have for my self and my family. It's like saying "Banana Boat Sunscreen Lotion. We've got you covered." to me because I felt that everything I did at this time Boracay really gave me the time of my life!

Looks like Nuffnang is going to hook us up again this coming week in HUNGER GAMES. Thank you so much for making our summer a tad bit nicer! =)

I'm on Vacation!

Today is a very important day. I'll be taking a needed break from the hustle and bustle in the city to take refuge in the slow, relaxed ambiance of a province in the south. To tell you the truth, I haven't had a vacation leave in 9 years so this is particularly a special thing for me. I'm also going to do this with people in the same field as I am and we will try our best to experience these not so explored parts of the islands. I'll try and get my hand on a couple of activities that people often do in beaches. I'll try to get out of my comfort zone and see if I could learn how to dive a try; after all, I wanted to see what's out there. I'll try and get my own wetsuit also so I can make this a regular thing. There are great diving spots in our part of the world just like in California. I'll think about getting some surfing lessons too if time permits.


No matter where we are a vacation would not be complete if we don't experience something new, something exciting! I love the things I'll get to see out in the sea. I'll try and check some sea creatures, a fish or two just to make this an unforgettable vacation. I want to make this extra special by getting to know the people in the same industry. I want to get to know the province I learned to love since I was a kid. I want a life free from the pressures of work and city living. This is my chance and I'm going to take it! I'll see you guys soon!
