DANIEL PADILLA and KATHRYN BERNARDO Host Thanksgiving Dinner for #KathNiel Fans

Just got home from a KathNiel event this evening at the Microtel by Wyndham in UP Technohub Quezon City. The two function rooms were full to the brim of loyal KathNiel fans, of different ages converged celebrating the official 11th year of the fandom and the 10th year anniversary of Kath and DJ as boyfriend and girlfriend. 

 

This was sort of a huge THANK YOU from the lovely couple Kathryn Bernardo and her man Daniel Padilla. They arranged this solely for them, to show how much they appreciate their support over the years. This is for the fans and their undying love for the two brightest stars of ABSCBN.

Usually, it's the other way around that happens in the Philippines, but they knew, there was always a clamor to celebrate their 10th year... but then the pandemic happened. I've always have an affinity with these two, because with the several encounters I've had with them... they've always been so nice as people. It wasn't rocket science that they have been loved by many because as Daniel puts it, he says "We put a part of our lives out there, and when you share a part of yourself with people, like Kath is from the province, and I'm from the hood, it's the reason why they can relate. They see themselves in us, and if you think about it, it's not a secret!"

Daniel even directed the part where we took photos, and as you can see, it's perfect!

I'd like to take this bit to say THANK YOU to Kath and DJ for always being so nice to us bloggers when we're covering their events and shows. I guess you can already tell, I'm a fan. The two divulged a movie that will be shown next year, and two projects that they will be doing separately. Glaiza De Castro: The Charity Fun Meet!

There are a lot of things to love about Glaiza De Castro, but one things for sure, she's one heck of a woman. 

We often see celebrities use their status for different things but this time, the Kapuso actress is helping the PGH Pediatric Cancer Ward. We all know how expensive treatments are for Cancer patients, not to mention chemo therapy and medicines. It seems she's always involved with kids, a cause that's pretty close to her heart.

The show will be entitled GDC Charity Fanmeet and will happen on Saturday, October 22 at the UP CIne Adarna inside the University of the Philippines campus. She's also going to interact with fans and get to answer some of the toughest questions. She's also launching something very special that they're going to keep a secret until that date so if you are a Glaiza De Castro fan, this is something you shouldn't miss! 

Tickets only cost Php 1,500 for the VIP and Php 500 for General Admission. Proceeds from the concert will go to a very good cause as mentioned earlier so if you want to help, this would really be a great opportunity to do so. See you there!

The nominees for the RAWR Awards was a result of a poll they made a few months back. After voting and deliberation, they came out with this list which they think currently represents fan favorites. There are actually new names, they also included several fan clubs in the mix to see who'd best support their celebrity/idols. They also mentioned that some of the stars nominated will be at the awards show so if you're itching to see them in the flesh, you better follow their social media accounts so you can secure tickets to the show to be held at the Meralco Theater.

  

They divided the awards show in three segments, one is the CUB Awards which includes Fan Club of the Year, Viral Video of the Year, Fashionable Celebrity of the Year, Online Influencer of the Year, Character of the Year, Presenter/Host of the Year, and Quote of the Year. The second one is the LION Awards which is for the Trending Love Team of the Year, Male Celebrity of the Year, Femal Celebrity of the Year, Male Newcomer/Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Female Newcomer/Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Male Performer of the Year, Female Performer of the Year, Movie of the Year, TV Show of the Year, and Advocacy Pusher of the Year. The last one is called Pride Awards which consists of your Favorite TV Station, Favorite FM Radio Station and Favorite AM Radio Station. You just have to vote on their website starting today November 4, up until November 30, 2015.
