PHILAM Life #LiveBetter Expo!

Living better is total wellness. Eating healthy, working on your fitness, your mind and also planning for your future. Promoting living better as their mantra, insurance company Philam Life is launching the #LiveBetter EXPO. A caravan which they will take places so people would be able to learn how to prepare for our future, secure it, with a matching vitality program by rewarding you for keeping yourself healthy. 

So during the expo, we had ourselves checked by a dietician. She computed for my BMI or body mass index and told me what I should eat. I needed more veggies of course but I'm in a diet which is quite close to Keto. So scratch that thought becaus I'm eating meat! Haha.

For a bit of wise decisions, they also had us promise a few health goals. I did something straight to the point. I've been in yoyo diets and it's keeping me okay sometimes, but a bit overweight in some instances. So I'm promising not to get fat by eating the right kind of meals when I can.

There were partner brands that were there too. They have discounts during the event but fret not, they have these guys in the PhilAm Vitality app which you can avail too. I liked what The Body Shop, Garmin and Tobys Sports had on display and if you're working out with the app, you'll get different perks like that.

They also got us to do different activities from Gold's Gym. They wanted us to ultimately live healthy lives while we're under PhilAm Life Insurance.

That's unheard of in the insurance business, but makes total sense. I have always been a very keen shopper at Shopee and if you haven't downloaded this from Google Play or the App Store, boy you must have been under a rock. Anyway they held their Shopee Swag Night a couple of weeks ago and I totally forgot about this until someone liked my IG photo today. You see, Shopee is amping up their choices for Men this season because honestly, it's not just the girls who shop in this app. Did you know that men comprise about 45% of the sales in this app? Me too because I made that up, but my point is there are a lot of men who buy stuff for themselves while in the comforts of their homes because goin out with the girlfriend is always a chore, men don't want to wait for hours and honestly, the manner on how we shop is different. We usually go to a shop knowing what we want, get it and go. We don't spin around in circles like women do, well most of the time.

I bought several Christmas gifts here and the dealer gave me a 40% discount, so just ask nicely and who knows they might just budge.

HP even has their own line of gaming and wierless bluetooth speakers, wireless accessories, laptop bags and OMEN gaming gear available in the app or the website so if you're looking for original things, they've go that covered.

Now aside from that, there are even some cool grooming products and equipement you can buy off the store, they almost have special sales all the time and can also deliver for FREE if you get to buy things of Php500 or more. Sometimes even lower. So really, there's no reason why you shouldn't try the Shopee app today because aside from the cheap prices, they even have tons of discount coupons to give away just so you could buy that perfect thing for your boyfriends or girlfriends on your next anniversary. Heck I even saw JC Santos during the event as he endorsed the mens products storewide.

He was really very nice too and accomodating, even if this was the first time I've ever met him (oh yes I have yet to interview him for his upcoming shows soon!)

So drop everything that you are doing and download the app now. Believe me, even if this looks so upscale for you, it's like Divisoria on steroids when I tried it. So don't be afraid of shopping online as they have safeguards to make sure you get what you need without breaking the bank, fast and securely too.

Stream Free Movies, Shows via MovieClub App

Have you heard of the MovieClub App? I haven't either. Well today we just witnessed the launch of the MovieClub App and we know you want FREE stuff. They have video on demand and stream local content and doesn't charge you a single cent for it to work.
