The monsoon rains, typhoon and flooding was felt in Central Luzon. Taking up the task of Laundry Love are the folks from LG Philippines together with laundry soap brand Breeze and appliance center Addessa. It's their social efforts to provide free laundry services for families affected by calamities done last August 13 to 15 in Barangay Malued Dagupan City. They are so grateful for the help of Breeze who sent over 900 detergent sachets. Using huge LG washers and dryers, it has been able to help over 135 locals who are also trying to rebuild homes damaged by strong rains and flooding.
This isn't the first time LG is doing this as they've done similar help in 2023-2024 for those in La Union, Zambales, Marikina and Cainta. This will be done in several cities in the same predicament, to help even more people and their families. According to LG Philippines Managing Director NakhyunSeong, they will continue these CSR efforts as part of their commitment in doing community service. He sends his thanks to Breeze and Addessa who made sure they could source machines and laundry detergent during a very delicate time. They emphasize on giving back to help rebuilding efforts and support communities any way they can.

Spent the afternoon at Robinsons Magnolia as Robinsons Appliances and LG Philippines got us to experience "The Hallyu Home". Experiencing the comfort of living in a Korean home you often see on K Dramas and KPOP Music Videos certainly was a great idea.
LG showcases the latest LG OLED EVO AI TV's that utilizes AI to improve video quality, programming and recommendation. It also has an AI chat bot so you can easily troubleshoot the device, a great companion if in case something happens. You can also mirror your tablets or phone if you need to use it for other functions. They also have the new LG XBoom AI speakers which you can use for those events and parties. If you need to cook like a pro, the LG Neo Chef can now sear protein or make it crispy while grilling, all can be done at the comforts of your home. The new LG QNED EVO AI on the other hand can be controlled via the proprietary app.
The air conditioners and air purifiers can also do a lot, from cleaning on its own, it eliminated bacteria, odors, and also has free installation included.
They also showed us the WashTower, a combo washer dryer that saves you space, where settings are at the center so you don't have to bend down or reach too high. It uses AI to lessen the guesswork on your laundry because it detects your fabric type and does the turbo wash fast and in best results, without damaging your clothes. It also dries it faster, lessening shrinkage as well. The combo washer dryer LG AI DD on the other hand can do it without the need of transferring clothes, while the LH CordZero help you with vacuuming, no more wires when doing chores around the house!

The energy was high as LG Philippines welcomed the one and only Will I Am to Manila's shores, a one in a lifetime experience for all the fans of music producer and artist. He's also a stalwart of education for underserved students around the world, now putting his experience to the LG XBOOM AI line.
He started the event by reminiscing how many times he's been in the country for shows, and how the Filipinos have gone to support them during their early years as a group with BEP, and his best friend Apl D Ap. He also mentioned how he has been in the audio business as one of the first few folks who worked in the most popular one years ago, and this came at the most opportune time. See he didn't just use LG when they got connected this year, but it has been a regular household name for him and his family. He's got plenty of home appliances that bear the same name and yes, he wants a cohesive home which this will definitely complete. The LG XBoom Bounce is for those who are always listening to music. It has a nice form and has got 30 hours of playtime, and really good bass if you are the outdoorsy type. The LG XBoom Grab on the other hand is very light, has over 20 hours of battery and is good for outdoors, you won't get too tired working out or enjoying a day with friends and family. For those who prefer the LG XBoom Stage, it's the perfect karaoke companion of you're into voice performances or busking. I've also been using the new LG XBoom Buds which are so good for listening to music, podcasts and even meetings when I feel like it.
They also have AI which they plan to go improve in the coming weeks, and Will.I.Am even showed us what it could possibly do in the coming months. He was getting interviewed in English during one part of the program, but then changed it to English without the need for other things to do it.
Just imagine the things it can do in the future as they develop more things for the devices, speakers and app, the whole LG environment too. Will.I.Am also revealed some back stories for those hit songs you love from the whole Black Eyed Peas and the individual artists that they're with in the group.

My favorite cake brand is ramping up their stores with an even bigger look as "Hearts and Bells" unveiled their newest branch at the 2nd floor of SM Megamall Building B in Mandaluyong City. One great thing was PBB Teen housemate Kai Montinola was gracing the event (we had the pleasure of meeting her in previous occasions) and it was certainly lovely to know that she's here to support them and give a huge thanks. She personally met with the owners Mr. Reynold and Marita Laddarantoo.
For those who don't know, Hearts and Bells actually was responsible for the actual cake that Kai had during her debut (18th birthday) which is why she really see it fit to be present during one of the brand's biggest event this year. If you're familiar with the brand, they usually have those square kiosks and fridges but now are sporting a bigger, new look. They've been able to grow to over 15 branches over the years and have a very loyal following because of their buttercream cakes, which are not too sweet and tastes so good!

The folks from Hearts and Bells had Kai cut the ribbon for their newest branch. People from all walks of life suddenly packed the area, trying to take a glimpse of the PBB alumnus, Star Magic artist and the new store. We had the pleasure of talking to Kai after the event, and we got to talk about a few things regarding her recent endorsements, shows, music and future plans. She was gorgeous, very eloquent, very smart too.
Kai says "They were the ones who made my cake during my debut, to return that favor and thank them, I am here today. Even if they've been very quiet, they've grown as a brand and now have 15 branches all over the country. I love that they're not showy, not commercial, I love how they do business and I'm glad I'm here."
Talking about her recent wins, she attributes it to PBB and her journey there. She adds "My biggest achievement though is just being able to push through, not really the title that I've achieved, but with all the challenges that came my way, I am glad I am still here. Add to that my first album, and my first MMK appearance, I can say I'm still ready for more."
She also feels elated on how brands have continued to trust her and became their endorser. She's very new in the industry and felt her dreams are starting to all come true. To be chosen by these brands, she feels honored and validated. She also feels the good kind of pressure this brings and hope to become better at it and her craft. Though she feels that she still has a LOT of things to learn. She chooses the brands that are the same with her morals, also tells us how thankful she is for the team that supports her career.
