INC and NET 25 Holds CARE FOR HUMANITY (Lingap Sa Mamamayan) Activity Worldwide

Saturday, November 01, 2025

PEBA (Philippine Entertainment Bloggers Association) was invited by NET25 to a celebration of INC's Eduardo Manalo's birthday through an activity called CARE FOR HUMANITY (Lingap Sa Mamamayan). The executive minister remembered the media practitioners and felt the industry also needed help. This goes the same with other sectors, for the differently abled, senior citizens, all of which are close to the INC.

This is worldwide so this is simultaneously happening in other countries and continents like Africa. This can be seen on their channel and social accounts so if you want to delve more into it. You can watch bits of it on the channel NET 25.

They also have organizations that hire employees from the PWD sector. Look at the gorgeous spread they did during the event.

NET 25's Creative Consultant Ms. Wilma Galvante says "I experienced Lingap last year in Quezon City, and I would never forget the experience of doing that. This year, they're taking it internationally and I am so honored to be part of it on the birthday of Ka Eduardo Manalo."

They are taking Lingap sa Mamamayan to other countries via their INC network. Brothers and Sisters of the INC will take up what they have and share it to various communities around the world. What a way to celebrate a leader's birthday! This should inspire more people to do the same.

Embrace Organization for Differently Abled Inc. Holds 7th Year Celebrations

Monday, March 18, 2024

If you've gone to an Embrace Cafe and had a cuppa joe, you already are helping a lot of people. We learned about this today as Embrace Organization for Differently Abled Inc. is holding a 3 day event at the EVM Convention Center in Central Avenue, Quezon City. This is part of their efforts to celebrate their 7th year anniversary, an important milestone in the organization's aim to help in the plight of our differently abled brothers and sisters, so they too could lead normal lives. Aside from fun booths, they held workshops (facilitated by Quezon City) so they could get training certificates they could use as extra merits when they apply for jobs in different companies. Parents, actual persons with "THISabilities" also showcased their different businesses, products that have individual stories of triumph no matter what condition they are in.

Embrace Chairperson Ms. True Santos-Matias says "We at Embrace always had a vision of a caring world for them. With the help of God, we continue to share different projects and help people especially those who are differently abled. Thank you for being here this morning as we all take part in bringing awareness for this cause in hopes to inspire others to do the same."

There will also be an exhibition for the works of PWD's so they could showcase their work and some sign language training sessions for those who would want to learn about it courtesy of the Christian Society for the Deaf. The Quezon City local government also had a booth for those who would want to apply for ID's, as it's very important for identification on discounts for medicines and services.

Present during the occasion was leaders from the Church of Christ, NET25 broadcasters Ali Sotto, Love AƱover, Tonipet Gaba, and their members.

I went out having a sense of happiness that there are efforts to help our differently abled brethren so they can live, put food on the table and help their families. Go patronize their businesses as all proceeds go to the various differently abled persons they employ, and their families across the country!

INC Endorses ARJO ATAYDE in Congressional Run

Friday, May 06, 2022

It's only a few days away before the national elections and ARJO ATAYDE who's running for Congress in Quezon City's 1st Distric is getting huge support from celebrity friends and recently, the IGLESIA Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). Arjo is part of current Mayor Joy Belmonte's #TeamAksyonAgad that seeks to add and improve projects in education, job generation, healthcare, fight for womens rights, the plight of children and the LGBTQIA+ community.

This was deemed a huge honor for Arjo who says "I am grateful for the trust and support of the INC in the forthcoming national elections. It has always been my dream to serve the people in my district, and the Filipino people. I encourage everyone to participate in the coming elections, to choose honest public servants that would lead us, uplift the lives of our fellow citizens. I pray we have peaceful and honest polls."

Arjo enjoys recent survey leads (according to Istratehiya Inc.) and 74.9% is such a huge figure, here's wishing him the great opportunity to serve his constituents which he has dreamed of doing even before he started showbiz. Your folks definitely raised you well!
