Amaia Steps Pasig Offers 4th Midrise Building CLARA

Tuesday, September 28, 2021

G
etting bigger year on year, that's what Amaia Steps Pasig is doing. Nestled in Vico's backyard, Pasig used to be an industrial town that is now becoming a fast rising cosmopolitan city - which is now full of huge malls, hotels, restaurants, schools, and booming businesses at the Ortigas Center district.

Amaia Steps Pasig already has existing mid rise condominiums in a sprawling 4.5 hectare development in Barangay San Miguel. The three 9 storey buildings Aria, Blanca, Esperanza will have a fourth one that will be called "Clara" soon. This addition would be a good buy especially for young professionals, for those who plan to start their own family, or investors who would want to take a dive in real estate. There are studio units, deluxe and premier sizes raning from 23-45 square meters. The place already has existing amenities being enjoyed by home owners like the multi purpose hall, pool, basketball court and a playground. Soon there will be retail shops and arcade so you don't have to go out to get your essentials. It's also near Ortigas CBD, several malls and restaurants so you don't go hungry if you don't know how to cook. The nearby Kapitolyo is sprawling with foodie destinations, the most hip joints so you could hang out when everything goes back to normal. It's also near the Greenfield District, C5, major thoroughfares so you can go to and from your home to a different city.

It's a nice place to live especially if you're still in the look for a new home. You can visit AmaiaLand.com for more details of the property, or get in touch with a real estate professional to help you with getting a unit today.

BAGA Manila Grills Weekends at Amaia Steps Pasig

Saturday, December 24, 2016

I've been witness to the fun outdoor cooking of BAGA Manila in AMAIA Land STEPS Sucat and STEPS Bicutan. With fun, fare and a lot of grilled goodies, you'll get to enjoy tons of pork, beef, seafood and street goodies in this place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. BAGA Manila is an association of street food stall owners and they've been around the metro presenting the best of the best of what the Philippines can offer. AMAIA has always been able to present itself as a relaxed community and even though you're living in prime real estate, they're never going to be boring because there are going to be tons of activities to do even inside the property. They also have been building these medium rise buildings with shops on the ground floor, because they think of you so much that all you need is going to be just a few floors down.

Amaia Steps Pasig is going to be the same and more. Located at the residential district of Eusebio Avenue in San Miguel Pasig City, you'll get to experience BAGA Manila first hand even if there are only 2 buildings operational namely Aria and Eperanza. That means that residents of all the 424 residential units and nearby communities would be able to enjoy what the other STEPS projects were able to have. I've seen some similarities in design from the Studio, De Luxe and Premier units. I have to say though that even if it's inside Pasig City, it's access to transportation whether land or even via ferries is just a few minutes away. You can also ride a jeep and get to malls like Tiendesitas and Robinsons Galleria.

74 families are currently there already enjoying the amenities like the Clubhouse, the swimming pool, the salons, a deli, a play area and The Shops (their retail area!). You don't even have to go far when you're in AMAIA Steps Pasig. There are still units available and are move in ready. Just signify your intent with their channels below and you could enjoy the same fun they're having in this sprawling community!

I want to go back to AMAIA Steps now!

TRINOMA Celebrates the Holidays with I GOT STUNG!

Sunday, November 27, 2016

It's a fun afternoon at Trinoma and what a great way to start the holiday cheers but by a concert with the music of STING. An icon in the 80's he's proven how good music can take you anywhere, making him one of the most awarded songwriters and singer of all time. It's entitled "I GOT STUNG" and is composed of two acts, one of which is headed by STEPS DANCE PROJECT the events division of Steps Dance Studio. The company also benefits talented Filipino dancers, make them scholars no matter what economic background they come from.  Aside from patrons, we also saw street children in the audience, perhaps the production's way of getting them involved in the arts.

The musical director Mon Faustino and his band provided really good renditions of Sting's awesome music. We were hooked from the first song. With world class ballet and jazz dance performers, it was easy, smooth to note that Filipinos can do this in any stage. They also had guest performers from New York Jamal and Aubrey, teaching us a thing or two how it's done in other parts of the world, it was stunning!

Towards the end of the show, Sam Milby sang a couple of songs, the one with the dancer from New York was Roxanne, super touching. SOS Children's Village and Pushcart Foundation I think will also be getting proceeds from the show. Truly noble deed starting the season of giving no?! Ahh I could see the ladies already swooning to Sam Milby's songs, he even went out and got personally romantic with them!

This is just the start, there are more things to look forward to at Ayala Malls, especially in TriNoMa. You're gonna #LovEmThisChristmas!

Streetfood Love at BAGA Manila Amaia Steps Sucat

Sunday, August 28, 2016

I took a trip down south with some of my blogger pals to Amaia Steps Sucat. It's that medium rise condominium complex a few kilometers right after you enter Paranaque's Bicutan exit. They've already built a couple of structures already on the former Nestle lot and about to complete a couple more in the next few years. I like the fact that they didn't build huge towers there, it would have ruined the landscape and it's actually a very quiet and progressive neighborhood. You'll love to raise a family there.

I went inside their showroom and they've pretty much made Amaia Steps Sucat a conducive place to live. The plan is to have a couple of stores, shops that can pretty much get you what you and your family need inside the community, not having to go out too far. That's convenient, and I've seen their spaces staged. Their designs have maximized the square footage of each unit. I could imagine it to fit single men, families and their guests. It's a nice place to start.

The Studio unit space is around 22.31 square meter. It costs 1.8 - 2.1 Million depending on where it is on the property.

This is the 1 Bedroom De Luxe space which is around 31.19 Square Meters. Price is around 2.1 to 2.3 Million, again depending on the location of the unit. This one is already okay for me but they've got a larger one fit for families like I mentioned earlier.

The biggest one was the Premier which is more or less around 40 Square Meters. It costs around 3.2 Million which is understandable because of the space which could fit 4 people easily. There are options for office space, but it depends on how you would be able to fix the layout. These are given bare so you have a blank canvas, a sink and toilet and bath to start with. Just get a great interior designer and it'll be lovely in no time! It was nice for them to let us see how they staged it, just ask anyone in the showroom and they'd be glad to help you check out the place.

We were also there for BAGA Manila, the association of Barbecuers and Grillers of Manila. They had us dine under the stars with a couple of tables and chairs, even a parcel of land intended for picnic using tropical lights usually seen in beach destinations in the Philippines. They are open Friday and Saturday from 5 PM onwards.

Amaia Land makes city living worthwhile with establishments like these that would make living in a community that would be easy, with more time to bond with your family. For those who would like to live there or ask about their property, just go to www.amaialand.com or their official facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/AmaiaLand.

For those who want to drop by for BAGA Manila, they will be there until January of 2017 so you've got a pretty long time to enjoy it. Remember, they are open every Friday and Saturday from 5PM onwards. I'll have my Lechon Kawali and Nachos plus really good drinks when I drop by Bicutan next week. You should too!

Amaia Holds Upcycling Challenge In Nuvali

Monday, November 02, 2015

I had my bets early on and guess who won the competition! :)

We have already made huge waves in recycling but Amaia is doing it better buy having an Upcycling challenge in Sta. Rosa's Nuvali property. It's owned by the Ayala's. Upcycling basically means you have to make it worth more than what it seems. Contestants were given Php 3,000 for materials and they have to make something that is worth more than what they had, ultimately to produce something that would personify Amaia Steps Parkway and how simple it is to live and thrive in an environmentally responsible community. They all made these in 24 hours and the only thing they would need to include in the mix is softdrink pet bottles.

Here's what happened during that weekend:

Congratulations to the winners "The Illuminant"! I hope I could get to join this soon. The champion won Php 100,000 which was really big! They could start their small business after that!
