MARIEL PADILLA Shares Importance of Self Care, Muscles at MARIE FRANCE

A beautiful morning at Marie France Makati had us enjoy a talk about feminine health. With her was Mariel Padilla, as she shares her experience with care and age. 

Dr. Preetha Kkiran of Wonder Axon says "The first thing I want to tell you is to take care of your muscles, consider doing that in your post retirement life. It was such a beautiful afternoon to be in the midst of ladies clad in their best yellow ensembles for a luncheon, and beauty day together with Miss World 2013, Megan Young. It's been a while since I've seen her, and the last time I think was also an event.
