MR. PHILIPPINES Finals Night Slated August 2!

It was a fun and exciting afternoon at Regal Entertainment's very own Valencia Events Place in Quezon City. It was immediately filled with pageant, bloggers, micro influencers, media and hunky men vying for the crown of Mr. Philippines 2026.

The organization will be looking for men to represent the Philippines in international pageants such as Grand International, Model International and World Quest. These 3 titles are of equal bearing, and from the looks of it, we're one of the countries to look out for (as Filipinos are absolutely good looking, smart and have great personalities).

This was also the opportune time to showcase their formal wear and active wear (courtesy of the folks from BENCH). Pageant Director Albert Bryan Abelido thanked and welcomed the sponsors and signed the Mr. Philippines 2026 with brands who will make the finals night happen on August 2 at the Palacio de Maynila in Del Pilar Street in the city of Manila.

The finale press presentation was also done to recognize the Mr. Philippines 2026 Media Choice Award. It was done by press voting that afternoon wherein 3 candidates will be given commemorative sash and cash prizes courtesy of the Philippine Entertainment Bloggers Association (PEBA). After hours of deliberation, contestants hailing from Makati, Mandaluyong and Pasig were announced as winners (Aethan Calix Cervantes, Zandro Sales and Angelo Dripin respectively). Congratulations!

Ready to Charge at MPBL: The QUEZON CITY BLACK BULLS!

I've seen and heard about the Quezon City Black Bulls at the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League because of the support of Cong. Arjo Atayde (and how proud he is of them in past games). He's not the owner as we met the real one Mr. John Christopher Tan, but he thanked Arjo for his stern support even during pre season games.

With Coach JayV Olea, they led the Quezon City Black Bulls with players Rey Publico, Clark Derige, Patrick Buena, Jake Agoncilio, Kenz Diokno, Kobe Monje, Ryan Costelo, Aeron Bagunu, Aldave Canoy, MJ Joson, Charles Dela Cruz, Jay Gadon, Joe Joven, Kai Espinosa, Bryan Rosalin, Joeben Loria, JR Lastra, Jaydee Del Rosario, Gab Salazar, Joshua Roque and Jeff Morillo. Mind you, some of them have joined the team recently because of the open try outs they held last March. Most of them are from Gardner College and a few are individually chosen because of their experience and talent on the hard court. They also played in the D1 League versus a few teams and did outstanding work with a 4-4 win loss slate. 

They're pretty much ready for what's about to happen during the MPLB regular season. Team owner John Tan and Coach JayV Olea are optimistic that they're going to perform well because they are taking the upcoming games seriously. First one in fact is with Caloocan which did good last season, so even in Holy Week they had to go back and practice early.

The testosterone level and height was so high during this event, but I see how much fire they have in their eyes because they're coming in as the new guys, nothing to prove, but just do their best once the games begin.

This is an annual event for their corp, patrons and partners to celebrate their milestones every year. They've had very humble beginnings, from a quaint 20 square meter space, they now have a lot of branches in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. This is also the opportune time to introduce new brand ambassadors, folks who would want to put their message across because they want to do it quite differently.

people an relate to. We have Tiktokers, veterans from film and TV, actors and actresses that could set examples, and let people know that we can do complex cases. True to what Ms. Janna says, she has signed several artists like international actress Mercedes Cabral, veteran actor Mr. Rey PJ Abellana, the super cute Xia Vigor (whom we were quite surprised with because she's already a lady!), the folks from Star Image particularly Mr. David Bhowie aka Hungry Boss, viral gigil kid Carlo Mendoza, the very entertaining Vince Apostol aka Kapitan VJ plus the super famous "You Do Note Girl" MAJO who was such a spirited dancer! To date, they have over 20 clinics nationwide and the variety was evidently done to make sure there's representation so folks could see themselves with these individuals as they start their journey with SMILE 360 Dental Clinic.

 One thing I'd love to tell you is that when we talked to their resident Doctor/Dentist and partner Franchesca De Castro is that they don't really just do procedures like clockwork. They get to know their patients, show them the pros and cons, even treat them like family which for me is a huge plus. If you would like to try and see how they take pride with their work, visit their social channels or visit any of their clinics in Metro Manila. Another thing they announced is that they're planning to expand to United Arab Emirates (Dubai) as they see a huge demand for their services there too, especially for overseas Filipino workers.
