Possibilities Unfurled on Recent ISP Hosting
Saturday, November 15, 2025
If you've been hearing a lot of buzz surrounding the recent hosting of the International Series Philippines where golf superstars arrived in the country, this just unfurled the possibilities of what more we can do with the sport which was hosted by B!ng0P|us Foundation, the social arm of the folks from D!giP|us Interactive Corp. This has made really good waves in the local scene as those who love the sport took a few days to immerse themselves in international level of competition including local athletes who had experience in the course.
This is one of the things they wanted to do as part of their goals in sports development which was reiterated by D!giP|us Chair Eusebio Tanco. He said this is also part of their commitment in Philippine sports, putting their foot where their mouth is including a whopping 17.2 million pesos as donations for entities such as the Philippine Sports Commission, National Golf Association of the Philippines, the Asian Development Tour and an NGO called Sisidlan Rizal Weavers who had a chance to showcase their products front and center. They mentioned how this would help the PSC to fund training in different sports programs, something that would make dreams come true for the next gen athletes.
This meant 100,000 USD for the Asian Development Tour and 50,000 USD for NGAP to secure a slot for a Filipino golfer in the international series so they could get to experience the same level of sport against champions. They also have 500,000 php to Sisidlan Rizal Weavers (much of whom members are women) to further help them in the business including their participation at the event's Welcome Gala and at the LIV Golf Music Fest where tons of folks enjoyed some of the country's greatest acts. This is just a part of what they do to multiply the good in the community, for education and also health. That's just one of many initiatives they plan to accomplish in this side of the world. Congratulations D!giP|us!
The Art of Leadership: Foundation Teaches Essential Skills for Success
Tuesday, September 23, 2025
It is true to say that it takes a community to raise a child, and it also takes a nation to raise great leaders. B!ng0P|us Foundation recently had their 2nd FutureSmart Leaders General Assembly at the country's financial hub Makati City. This brings in over 80 scholars from around the country to teach them the manners of growth, inspiration and connection. The foundation sought help from some of the industry's leading trainers, beauty queens, even those from NGO's who have experience in leadership to teach these young minds and help them become future ready leaders themselves.
They dubbed it as the PLUS Factor (Pioneering Leadership and Uplifting Service) aimed to give young ones life skills, community leadership and personality development.
They also taught them about public speaking, build confidence, show presence and how to share these traits with others. Aside from that, they had Management Strategies hold consultations so they could start identifying their purpose, so they could see what they need to do for a better future.
Present during the occasion was Jasper Vicencio who's part of B!ng0P|us Foundation a d AB Leisure Exponent. They were also given a very educational talk about how to advance their platforms courtesy of beauty queens Chelsea Fernandez and Kat Llegado.
They also talked about the importance of volunteerism and more. Ms. Issa Litton shared her experience in public speaking, voice and communications which is a huge part of her career. They immediately got feedback after each session which is very important for their initiatives. If you want to know more, just search for them on their official social channels.

Century Properties Launch "Century NULIV"
Wednesday, October 26, 2022
Taking on a different outlook and listening to buyers, Century Properties knows what people need these days. With the clamor to have more space indoors and outdoors, they answer back with a new business called Century NULIV still under the Century Properties Group.
This means they will be growing the company with emphasis on low rise developments at a per project basis which would pose less risk these days.
It's a new residential concept that upscale and premium villas, homes and properties located in up and coming areas boasting innovative architectural designs fit for those who would like to invest in real estate. They're starting off with a townhouse community called Century NULIV Acqua which is a 22 multi storey home accessible via an exclusive road right behind Acqua Private Residences. This offers safety, convenience and comfort plus a generous indoor and outdoor space which is not quite a norm in projects located in Metro Manila. It's well planned, made to see lots of natural light, and space to transform into gardens, a patio or used for parking space (or could be anything you would want it to be). The three storey Rhine and four storey unit Seine are priced from 40-60 Million. Investors should take advantage of it as property value is expected to increase in the next few years. It will be available for sale soon. After this Mandaluyong project, they are doing these concepts in next planned villas at Azure North, San Fernando Pampanga soon.
President and CEO Marco Antonio says "We've given Filipinos comfort, luxury, value in this side of the world. Our vision remains to make the country a residential destination. This will help us carry the company into different market segments, like low density low rise projects, a lot different from our existing condominium properties."
Century NULIV President Monica Trajano adds "Our projects aim to be best in class. Digitalization made us make a new business model where we re-discovered our new brand, Century NULIV. It's a new way of living as it's spacious and modern, with life's essentials that the new generation aspires to have. These homes will be in key growth areas, with innovative design and will be available in a new platform. The first is NULIV Townvillas at Acqua. It's in the middle of Mandaluyong and Makati. It's for the doers and dreamers, it's for the new generation of home owners."
Make sure you visit centurynuliv.com for more details about the property.

Legarda Reiterates Need for Innovation to Induce Growth and Development
Wednesday, February 23, 2022
It's been three years since the Philippine Innovation Act has been enacted and its author Senator Loren Legarda reiterates the importance of innovation in order to spur growth in the country.
She has previously spent three terms in the Senate and has placed these as key strategies in order to see economic development in the Philippines. The Republic Act No. 11293 will intensify the capabilities of micro, small and medium enterprises to compete with other businesses by utilizing advancements in science and technology and source needed change in these sectors.
Ms. Loren pushed adequate response from the National Economic and Development Authority, the Depart of Trade and Industry, plus the Department of Science and Technology in order to fund these projects and benefit various sectors including MSME's who are in need of expertise in the fields of finance, design, technology, marketing, quality assurance, promotion and intellectual property rights so they too can protect themselves. She sets the DOST and the Universiyty of Antique partnerships which bore fruit to great value in existing programs that produced needed support in the region that utilized agricultural produce and resources from the same province. It generated employment and opportunities for individuals and entrepreneurs in their respective municipalities. This resolved problems in malnutrition as people got work and pay, to put food on the table.

She also has seen the cooperation of the Department of Trade and Industry and the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University in Bacnotan, La Union, funded by her office in 2018 which gives access to capital, skills training and assistance. This benefited fisherfolk, traditional weavers and farmers who work on fabrics like abaca, pineapple and banana that are naturally grown and sought after by international designers.
Ms. Loren says "We need to see effective implementation and proper funding for programs under the Philippine Innovation Act so we can help MSME's to sustain and promote their trade. This is done not just locally, but for the global market. This will surely benefit a lot of Filipinos." and I agree with that.

How Hacking Help Apps Grow
Saturday, August 28, 2021
If you've been irritated by ads on apps you are using, then you're not alone. As apps showcase reasons to change your lives, you gotta ask yourself if it is true.
Building apps isn't easy and in the process of making new ones should have one element, growth hacking. If there exists a good efficient one out there, make it better.
Shane Shan the Director for APC Huawei Consumer Cloud Service says "There should be a strong sense of creativity at growth. Software developers must pay close attention to products and user experience. In order to grow quickly, you need a unified effort between marketing, engineering, developers and existing users".
This is also why they are continuing to discovering talent over at AppsUP 2021: The Huawei HMS App Innovative Contest. They're making app developers better with their craft so they can understand it more, to unleash one's full potential. Being meticulous at testing phase at the beginning of an app's development can take out costs which may affect the budget. Frequently doing it is highly suggested.
Listening to pro/premium users who pay for the service is also a good strategy because in some ways, they are also invested in it, so is building a community for it. This is why Huawei Mobile Services is introducing a lot of features to their products like AI, AR and analytics capabilities. You too can launch your app to millions of people around the world, visit http://bit.ly/appsupapacpc for more details about it.

There is a need for PR help and they will see how they can tap everyone who will join Busan and they will be doing efforts together with other Philippine companies like Regal Entertainment. We hope they do good and make a good impression to the international film industry, to get more opportunities for our film makers and industry partners.

INNOVLABS by Synergy88 Digital
Friday, October 06, 2017
If you're a budding technology and programming enthusiast, you better listen in. As you may have already learned on our first article, Synergy88 Digital has already been able to achieve a lot in the past few years and has pegged itself as a world class company that delivers digital creative solutions with exceptional quality. That in itself is a feat, harnessing triple A talents from the country to produce extraordinary game and app concepts, development, 2D and 3D art and animation. Now all that didn't come easy as they had to face a little known problem in the industry, the goal to find talented workers.
As you may understand, the work they do might have to have had divine intervention but most of it has got to do with the talented individuals doing magic behind computer screens. The difficult task of finding the right person to press those keys and scribble those pens is daunting as it requires the same quality of skill set to match the world class things they produce. The hard task must have brought out the best in them because they didn't even think of putting up INNOVATION LABS. It suddenly became an opportunity to help the Filipino skilled workers get to the level they were expecting and needed. It was but natural for them to take part in an initiative to share their expertise to partner schools and have them experience, learn and take part of what made Synergy88 Digital successful all these years.
We got to interview the Senior Manager for Business Development and head of INNOVLABS operations Miker Rivera about the program and here's what he's got to say:
To add to that, we also had a chat with Ms. Geraldine Yumul, Synergy88 Digital's Corporate Representative on Industry and Government Alliances. Here's what she had to say:
Learning to do those skills in a bigger setting, to get your feet wet, to get those young minds realize their ideas in a the real world, that was set in stone and interpreted to a chartered map. It was also one of the opportunities to see and identify promising and talented individuals that could eventually be part of their teams. All of these would come from proposed theses in these partner schools, they'll help them to make it, train with appropriate workshops and have them use the resources as accorded by their agreements. This will also be properly screened for candidates, expecting the same professional work they churn out in these offices. They have a lot of success stories, but this had an arm dipped in a willing corporate social responsibility too to help uplift the kind of education people get from the universities and colleges they partnered with, teaching not just the theoretical and technical legwork that comes with the territory, but the necessary work ethic on a level that is expected of a triple A level professional.
Currently, they are receiving a lot of interested parties, schools and government agencies because this is absolutely seen as an industry with BIG potential. Imagine how this would disrupt the current business worldwide when we witness the full capabilities of Filipino artists, programmers and individuals who would undergo INNOVLABS in the long run. We know how we're being sought after by people in the same industry around the world, and imagine how convenient it would be for families to stay together because this division is going to be based here in our own country. Nobody would have the thinking of leaving the Philippines anymore because we're capable, we have the studios and armaments to do it in our own turf. That's probably going to happen in the near future, imagine the possibilities. Just think of the countless students and schools that INNOVLABS could help with this program. Thousands of lives would be changed and I'm excited as it holds a lot of promise.

Sarah Geronimo Endorses SMDC's GRACE RESIDENCES: Star Life!
Monday, March 03, 2014
Last Sunday, we went to SM Aura and have dinner with some of SM Development Corporation's executives. They are known as "The Good Guys!" in the real estate industry and responsible for several well loved residential projects under the belt of SMDC. They have a new one in the works called Grace Residences located in the growing business center hub of Taguig City. I'm in that particular stage in my life to actually find something to invest in so I listened very carefully. I guess this looks really good in any view. It's in a prime location because it's near central business districts like BGC, Makati and Ortigas Center. It's also near malls and the metro's hot spots liveable to starting modern families. It's a pretty nice place also for those working nearby. If you want to rent it out so you can pay for the premium, it'll definitely work.
The area is promising because of its proximity to Makati and Bonifacio Global City. A few minutes, and you're there! Very conducive for work or play, plus they've got wide open spaces meant for small parks and lounging. photo cr: smdcgraceresidences.com
The actual structure is connected to major thoroughfares like C5, EDSA and SLEX.
The promise is 5 Star hotel like convenience in a garden surrounding structures within city limits. It's planned ridiculously great and layout is well thought of as each unit would have their own space fronting spectacular views of the city and the artistic landscaped gardens. This mid rise property is also endorsed by the one and only POP Princess Sarah Geronimo. Living in Grace Residences is like living with celebrities, she knows how it is to live like a star. Check out this video released by SMDC just a few days ago!
SMDC says she's the perfect endorser because just like the good guys, in all her years in the business... she has remained down to earth and charming; she's also one that has a good heart. This is their STAR LIFE campaign and to prove what Star Life living is, Grace Residences presents their property to be the premier thing to buy when you want to invest or start to living life to the fullest. Now it's easy with their affordable terms and competitive monthly rates. You can probably ask your friends or family to chip in and start getting that dream realized. Grace Residences, this might be your turn to live a star life!
