More Options: POTATO CORNER Announces Return of LOOPYS and HARVEST CHIPS

The Philippines favorite fry brand POTATO CORNER recently announced the return of two of their most fun tater cuts, the Potato Corner Loopys and Harvest Chips. We all know them for having those hot, fresh off the fryer flavored French Fries, and this time, they want to give you options which you can mix with your usual lovely fare.

The Loopys are these potato wonders that are cut like twirls have more real estate to put your favorite flavors on, so aside from getting you more filled and satisfied, you have an intense flavor profile as the signature Potato Corner flavors cover it.

The Harvest Chips on the other hand are very special. Aside from it being a potato product, it comes from produce planted and harvested from Benguet. They did this with Gawad Kalinga, an NGO that helps develop communities. With this cooperation, they are able to freshly fry thinner, crispier chips, which you can also mix with the other cut types and snack products.

The last time I was able to go to a Potato Corner branch was yesterday at Mall of Asia. The line was super long, not just because of the well loved French Fries and all it's flavors, but because YES, there's something new at our well loved potato brand!

These are new combos called Snack mix. Your well loved Potato Corner Flavored Fries now have a few things served with them. One is the new Corn Dog. If you've loved them at fairs and carnivals, you can get them anytime of the day at Potato Corner branches nationwide. It's golden brown and crunchy on the outside, but quite soft in the inside. It's also got a beef hotdog inside for some protein fix, it's quite filling, so don't give up on those fun afternoons in your neighborhood or the malls because there's lots more things to celebrate with Potato Corner.

They also have Super Chicken Pop, which they introduced during the pandemic (2020), good ol chicken nuggets with special crunchy breading, served hot and sprinkled with Potato Corner flavors. You can mix them up, pair one with the other, and it's quite convenient to carry around to let other people envy you (I'm sure you've experienced that! Ha!). You can get them today (started November 23rd), so if you're lovin them fries, there's more reason to snack on them even more!

I'm sure you're a little sad that National Fries Day has ended, but don't worry because your favorite people from POTATO CORNER has got you covered. This coming August 15 to 17, they're doing a NATIONAL FRIES PAYDAY promo which means YOU can get free fries on top of what you already purchased at every POTATO CORNER branch.

If you get a MEGA, GIGA or TERA sized fries from Potato Corner, you automatically get Free LARGE fries (except Truffle, Tteokbokki or Golden Sweet Corn). Liza Soberano for Jollibee

I missed this event but of course, we love Liza Soberano that we had to tell you about it.

Just like the new Jollibee Crispy Spice Fries, she's adventurous, likeable, and no other face was considered for it. They obviously wanted Liza for this, and for her to be part of the roster of celebrities that endorsed Jollibee (according to their Senior Marketing Manager Kay Segismundo), I couldn't agree more. Actually, when they said she was one of the country's most beautiful faces, I disagreed, because she's one of the most beautiful faces in THE WORLD hehe.

Liza also wanted spicy stuff and it's what she always enjoys with friends and family, so when the offer was presented to her, she immediately agreed. The 90's themed commercial also already went out, have you seen it? If not, you should. Although there were some Twitter bashing later on, she was very humble and showed concern, I was so impressed on how she handled all that.

You'll love the new Jollibee Crispy Spice Fries like you loved Liza Soberano. I did! It's quite cheap at 49 and 69 pesos!

Jollibee Crispy Fries Takes You on a Flavorful Adventure!

I got the shock of my life when fast food giant Jollibee released this Jolly Crispy fries flavor, the latest of which is the Garlic and Cheese Fries! This is Jollibee's way of making sure you're going on a flavorful adventure each time you're hungry and plan to eat in their stores. True enough, the savory, salty, and cheese flavors found in every bite of these awesome fries was just over the top. I had servings of it by peddling with the large fries of my Mom and Dad (they get the burger meals with fries and just upgrade it while I have Chickenjoy too LOL) right after Sunday mass at Jollibee Tomas Morato (the nearest one near my hood). I like it with ketchup, but honestly it could stand on it's own. So if there's another flavor coming, I think I'm going to enjoy it the same way as I did on this one. 

Now you've got tons of reasons to go to Jollibee. Bring your friends, your family, your favorite people and get those fries and yourself on a flavor adventure. I already like the original Jolly Crispy Fries, but now that it's got flavor, it's worth a try.

McDonald’s Shake Shake Fries Is Back!

Good news should start your morning so I'm giving you just that!

Yeap you read that right! It's back! Your favorite Shake Shake Fries from McDonald's is now available in all Philippine stores in 3 different flavors. You can choose my personal favorite the savory smoky Barbecue, the lovely Cheesy Butter and the popular Cheesy Tomato Pizza.  Even Enrique Gil loves it that much that he did shake it too while he was inside the store!

Now you're going to get even more excited as they can have the Shake Shake Fries for free if you get the Medium or Large Value Meal with Fries.
