Jed Madela Set to do "WELCOME TO MY WORLD" Concert and Tour!

Whenever I hear the name Jed Madela, I think about a world champion, a technically blessed singer and a helpful soul. To this day, he continues to help singers that are just starting with their careers to point them to the right path.

He's been in the industry for around 2 decades, with accolades and recognition around his belt, he still continues to dream despite a very illustrious career. Aside from new music, he wants you to be with him this coming July 5 at the Music Museum, in a concert he calls "WELCOME TO MY WORLD".

In it, he wants to have an intimate crowd where he could tell more about what he has achieved in the past 20 years, of what he is doing now, and what he also plans to do in the future. He didn't quite want to spoil by naming his guests, he wants people to get the shock of their lives once some special people in his life walk by on stage all on his birthday concert.

This is also a tour set to visit Sheraton Laguardia East Hotel in Flushing, New York on July 12, 2024, Sheraton Laguardia East Hotel, Ovation Hollywood on July 27, 2024, and back home at the Iloilo Convention Center on September 21, 2024. There might be some other dates to be announced soon when he goes to North America and visit select cities. You should definitely watch it, talent like this comes once in a blue moon!

PMPC Set to Hold Star Studded Benefit Concert

A very entertaining Sunday will be coming up as some of your favorite stars and singers converge in a benefit concert set for some Senior and ailing members of the Philippine Movie Press Club Inc., the premiere press organization in the country. They aptly call it "AWIT SA PANDEMYA... A PMPC BENEFIT CONCERT" which will be held this April 18, 2021, Sunday at 8PM (5AM PDT). They will also have proceeds be given for members who are in dire straights and need their daily maintenance medicine.

Performers include Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards, Asia's crooner Christian Bautista, World Champ Jed Madela, the iconic Ms. Kuh Ledesma, and superstar singers Gerald Santos, Ima Castro,  Luke Mejares and hunky Jeric Gonzales. Aside from these stars, performers include JV Decena , Gari Escobar , Christi Fider, Joaquin Garcia, Jos Garcia , Sarah Javier, Charo Laude, Diane De Mesa, Renz Robosa , Lil Vinceyy and the Zcentido Ska Band. 

For those who wish to help, tickets will be sold at ticket2me.net and the show will be done on the same platform. Make sure you support your favorite stars so that the organization would be able to provide help for their members who need it. You also get to have an entertaining evening of songs world class Filipino talent!

New Album: Jed Madela All Original

I first saw Jed Madela during the charity concert in Nuvali last year for the benefit of the families of fallen soldiers and their kids. That one particular performance made me realize that he's definitely a powerful singer, no wonder he's brought the country pride by winning World Championships here and there. The chills, the goosebumps you get would probably be a normal occurrence every time he goes on stage... we felt that a few days ago during the launch of his new album entitled Jed Madela ALL ORIGINAL.

We had ourselves glued on our seats to listen to his songs that afternoon expecting the usual ballads or belting songs he always gets to be identified with. It was a little crazy because we were stunned as he opened with a full EDM track. No joke. It was electronic dance music with his vocals on the track. That really put us off, but you know what? It really worked. It was different and showed his range. It's the track entitled Wish. The words could probably pass of as a romantic one but when it's arranged like that, it'll definitely put you in the mood to dance.

Jed also wants to help a lot of our up and coming singers by putting up a school soon. As of now, he's in organizations and programs that help individuals who started just like him. He's also training a couple of his relatives that asked for help since they probably want to follow in his footsteps. Let's face it, Jed can sing a phonebook and you would still believe it.

Awesome Earth Day Celebrations at NUVALI

Today is EARTH DAY and what great way to start off celebrating our planet's birthday but by world class talents and reminding everyone else to do their part.

The stage was grand, as grand as the cause they are fighting for in NUVALI.

Amid the summer heat that smoldered the afternoon and the cool gentle breeze that evening, crowds gather for one glorious night of music and entertainment for a worthy cause. With names like Mel Villena and his band (remember singing bee?), Brigada, Juris Fernandez, Zia Quizon, Jed Madela, Kyla and Christian Bautista on the list I wouldn't be surprised about the turnout that evening. I personally haven't seen some of them sing live so this really was a treat! Not to mention GOOD for Mother Earth because it'll surely inculcate how to live responsibly and take care of the environment.

At Evoliving Center Dockside, Nuvali, Laguna we witnessed these great artists perform and say a few words about Green Freedom. A kid also had some excerpts before they performed indicating how the youth has to take part in making this world a better place. Nuvali is really different. They really take what EVO LIVING into heart and make it happen. 

 I was really impressed by Juris Fernandez! I LOVE HER as much as I LOVE Mother Nature now!

 Zia Quizon, I like her too. Even if her style of music is so different from Mom ZsaZsa and sister Karylle she's definitely so bad ass if I may say so.

The place had so many things in store for nature lovers and advocates such as the Green Market where a lot of organic-nature themed products were sold to the general public. There were also some gardening activities at the Greens and Patches section of Nuvali. Bird watching lessons were also taught by the Wild Bird Club on the Wild Life and Bird Santuary at Nuvali. Green projects like recycling materials for workshops in building boats and other things were also done in the 2 day celebration. They have so many buildings and structures that are nature sensitive. It was a perfect way to celebrate something so environmentally apt! The day after, there was also a Run and Bike race for the benefit of the Sta. Rosa Watershed which is a project by Nuvali and the local government. It's so nice to see the private and public sector working like this. I think they are subconsciously trying to change the way people think. It's a good thing!

For sure there will be more outdoor sports activities lined up so make sure you also join the NUVALI Sports Camp which will run until October of this year.
