GCASH Launches New Products in Loans, Finance, and Insurance Services

Tuesday, June 28, 2022

This morning was a little nice courtesy of our friends from GCASH. The number one financial app is gearing towards more services that offer financial freedom and capacity to grow your business (especially for SME's), grow your own money, insure your properties and life, and even lend you some money if you need it.

The only challenge is to have this be available for everyone, and this is where the GCASH app comes in. This is something that can unlock your financial goals, the tools that does it all. It's the electronic wallet that does payments and seamless transactions and there's no time to do it but now. They're glad to know that people are using the name GCASH synonymous with payment, and they're introducing these new services to cater to more people that want innovation.

Easy, accessible and affordable, they introduce GLoan. Tony Isidro the CEO of Fuse Lending Inc. says "Over half of Filipinos have banking access, but only 20 percent acquire loans. If they need one, they borrow from friends, loan sharks, which puts them in disadvantage sometimes. GCash wants finance for all, so now we're introducing lending products that are transparent and fair. GLoan is something that goes to your wallet without filling up any documents. If you are qualified, just go to GLoan section on the app and get it instantly. You can use it to pay for bills, essentials, shopping, tuition, or other products and services. You can also use it for capital. There's also GGives, which you can use to pay for products without having a credit card. You can pay for it in 12 months, and there are various commercial establishments and partner merchants that accept it. You can buy furniture, TV, go out without any down payment needed. Our goal is giving everyone access to finance, it's finance for all."

Jong Layug the current Head of Wealth Management introduced existing GSave. He says "This helps people save, go without piggy banks, keeping money at home, and CIMB does a good job managing funds. You also earn interest, allows consumers to save instead of just keeping it stagnant. It's also protected by PDIC and helps you keep it safely. One out of 5 Filipinos already have a GSave account, and growing more. People also want to invest, which is why we have BPI and ATRAM so they could do investments. From local and global funds, you can start growing your wealth so you could achieve your financial goals conveniently. You can expect more in the next few months."

Head of GCash New Business Neil Trinidad introduces GInsure. Access to it is a little problematic in the Philippines because it's expensive, inaccessible, and people think they don't need it. He says "More people find insurance relevant now especially Gen Z's. GInsure is easy to discover and is in one marketplace, if you need it for live or non life items, 14 right now is available, it's affordable, and is offered in different price points. Even cover dengue and COVID for only 300 pesos. We want it easy for people to purchase, and now it takes 2 minutes to do that. This enables access for more Filipinos, our mission is to make partnerships that cover life, non-life, vehicle, even bill protect. We also have insurance plans for businesses, you can even gift it to others, and soon it'll cover policies for employees, MSME's, evolving everyday. 4 out of 10 Filipinos now have a pet, and now Pet Insurance is also available. There's also Online Shopping Insurance, so those retail frauds can be resolved fast, all in GInsure."

Here's excerpts from the press conference this morning

A lot of Filipinos will surely benefit from this, so if you're in the mood to be one of them, go download the app on the App store or Google Play today!

When You Need Cash...

Monday, January 17, 2011

It's so hard to live in a country where the economic bubble is about to burst. Banks have been so strict in loans these days that people get denied even on small ones. Those who need immediate funding would not be able to borrow because of their bad credit scores and the opportunity to get back in business is literally fading away. Chances are you are bound to never see anyone to help you out when you are already down. There are new on line cash advance lenders that can do otherwise. Even if you have a bad credit rating they would be able to approve payday loans fast and efficient. Institutions like ILOAN90 were not available before but it is quite easy to get them now. You do not have to be worried because all transactions are secure too.

People like me sometimes are at the end of the rope and only can extend huge payments from paycheck to paycheck. If there are places that I can borrow money from and pay back immediately with minimal interest rates then that would be perfect. I seldom get personal loans and only do it on emergency situations so if banks couldn't do the deed then these on line institutions would be the perfect solution. I hope in some way people would see it like I do because no matter what others say; it does help a lot of people in difficult financial situations.

Have you ever been in a tight situation?! Where would you go? What would you do?!

Christmas payday loans

Sunday, November 28, 2010

Christmas is less than a month away and I haven't gone out shopping yet. My list is getting longer by the minute and our bonuses will be given on the 8th and 17th of December. I need it no though so I'm thinking of getting payday loans so it would be easier for me in the long run. I know sale items will be available at around 50 to 70 percent in the last week of November and everything else would be doubly expensive come December. I have to use my head and definitely consider payday loans if I want this to work for me. I'm sure there are several institutions on line that would cater to my needs.

Relatives, friends and peers would benefit from this shopping frenzy but if you think about the savings it looks like I'll be the one having extra money in the end. I'll use that to satisfy my own lavish lifestyle to buy those which I need and feel like buying. I want a new lens for my camera and see if I have money left to finance initial payment for a car loan. This would be a big ordeal but I'm optimistic that it is achievable in one way or another. I'm really looking for payday loans that would make my shopping experience easier. If people think the same way that I do this world would be a better place. There are also some who need our selfless help at this time of the year so maybe some charity work wouldn't hurt a bit. I'm hearing some web masters are thinking of sponsoring an orphanage and I'm surely going to take a look at that. I have been to several occasions like that and it is quite fulfilling. The joy of helping some less fortunate individuals are priceless. I'll see what I can do for them too.

Have you thought about what to buy for yourself? What would you get me for a Christmas gift? Let me know because I don't like surprises! Ha-ha!

When Payday Is Far Away!

Friday, October 01, 2010

I purchased a couple of airline tickets and reserved a hotel for six people today. I don't even know that I have money to purchase that in the first place. I didn't think about it I guess. I checked the amount today though and I was a little bit shocked. That is an understatement of course and I didn't know it would get that big. I'm a little bit worried though because the payment should be done in a couple of days from now and I won't get paid for work until the 15th of this month. I need to get that settled first or face the consequences of adding up a preposterous debt because of added interest rates these banks usually charge. If only I could get a cash advance approved today that would be great! There are great sites on line like SUPERIORPAYDAY or INMYDEBTS just to name a few. I would like to try them out since I've heard good things about them. I can pay them back once my paycheck comes!

If that pushes through I would get rid of the trouble. I don't like getting into these things (the credit card interest dilemma!) but if it comes to a point that I need money to pay for it I'll do just that! Things are not easy for me now but at least I get to have my folks and relatives to travel with me. I know a lot of people go through the same situation that I'm in right now and I'm glad that there are businesses out there willing to help us out when we really need it. I love payday loans! It's a life saver!

Have you experienced getting loans you thought you couldn't pay for? What did you do to resolve it? Have you considered getting loans and paying them back on your pay day?! Let me know! Thanks!

Funds for a Trip!

Tuesday, September 21, 2010

I need money now. I just don't know where to get it. Pay day is actually 5 days away and it might be too late for me to get plane tickets since I plan to go on a tour next month. Mom and Dad need a little rest and recreation so I'm actually trying my best to get them to travel with me. I don't have that much funds right now since everything is in the bank for time deposits and stuff. I couldn't take them out (the money) anytime I want to because I signed up for that. I plan to get everything organized before this pushes through. I think it would be quite better if I get a cash advance loan first and then pay it off a couple of days after so I can get the ball rolling. Mom and Dad are excited and if I don't prepare heavily on this one I'm surely going to have a mishap. That would be unlikely to happen if I get the money I need which probably would be approved right?! That's just awesome because I really feel everything is falling into place for me!

It's been 6 years that I haven't been out of the country and I seriously need a break. If it were not for my folks needing it too I wouldn't have considered it. I need to get out more and see the world for myself. I need to stay a few kilometers away from my keyboard and check out what I can do aside from pressing them. I'll try to squeeze in some moments for my photography hobby. I would like to see other cities at night and capture them on still images. I could do this with the right amount of funds. I'm sure that loan is going to come sooner than I think it would!

They Should Consider Small Loans

Thursday, June 03, 2010

I guess I had the habit of lending some of my friend's money. I don't know how impulsive I got until it went big a couple of days ago. I thought I was helping them but apparently I was only putting myself in the same situation as they are. I am a little tired of reminding them to pay me back the money they owe me and I don't do that in a normal day. Small Loans are supposed to be easy and guilt free but it wasn't happening on this one. I was already talking to them awkwardly since day 1 and I know it was going to affect our relationships. I should have told them to make other plans when it comes to these. I'm sure they probably know how it felt when we were talking over a cup of coffee that day. It wasn't easy at all!

They should have considered other options like Payday, Pawn broker, Personal Bank and Credit Card loans. They have easier terms and bigger ranges as far as costing goes. I learned a lot from site like SMALLLOANS.ORG and I think you should pay them a visit so you could get some tips or two about how to get one fast and efficiently. At least it won't affect how you treat each other after that. It would be easier to go through this path than worry about us. That would be the smarter choice!

Someone Owes Me Money

Thursday, April 22, 2010

I am trying to live my life debt free and I know the consequences of having problems with money. I have seen some of my family members go through rough times and debt for them seems ordinary. Sometimes you try and help them anyway you can but bad credit loans really leave a mark in your credit standing. I understand that there are some instances where you spend a lot on cases like emergencies, natural disasters, medical situations and death. I can't say no to family too and that is one problem I am trying to fix until now.

I have also made the habit of lending money to friends who in the end could not afford to pay me back. This happened very recently. The amount is no joke either so I am trying to force him to pay me when his check arrives. I am also telling some other friends so they can somehow help me telling him about it. The thing I hate sometimes is that friends tend to get self imposed selective amnesia if you need the money already. They should have consulted credit professionals instead so they would be stricter putting penalties. I wish there was some way I could let them live a debt free life too. I don't want to end up paying for their debts anyway!

If you are reading this my friend, please pay me back soon! You know who you are!

Prudential Plan Holders Rocked Its Makati Office

Thursday, April 23, 2009

Plan holders of pre need company Prudential Plans went on a ruckus in its office in Legaspi Village, Makati City.

According to Mr. Philip Piccio, President of Parents Enabling Parents (PEP) Coalition (the ones who had problems with Platinum Plans before), said that this is part of the protests that the plan holders are doing in the midst of the cancellation of their license to sell pre need plans. It looks like they too are being affected by the world financial crisis. They are dismayed about this move by the Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) because they might not be able to get their pre-need plans.

Jose Alberto Alba, President of Prudential Life Plans has assured the public that there should be no worried about the decision because as far as their company is concerned, paid or unpaid plans will still be given its benefits whatever the reasons may be with the SEC decision.

I just hope they recover and give all their members what's due them. I think this is the same reason why the company I work for changed Medical card providers so suddenly.

Spend Wisely!

Tuesday, March 17, 2009

I'm managing my own money now and to keep myself in check I always keep it a point that I only spend beyond my means. Nowadays it is so hard to keep up with our daily expenses and we often forget to pay our bills until the last minute which would make our lives more hard until we get our next pay check. I know how it feels to over spend because I probably am one of the guys who spend too much on clothes, shoes and parties. I go out almost every week and dish out a couple of thousand bucks cash and a few swipes of the card. It's a good thing I know how to handle it because unlike other people, I have self control.

I've got a word of advice though for young single guys like me. If you can't pay for it anymore and you have tons of credit cards, I suggest you make your life a little bit easier by debt consolidation. Taking your financial problems into one bank can get your interest rates on a better scale. At least you are going to be charged once for your credit card debt. There are a lot of banks who would appreciate this and financial advisers would strongly recommend it. If you are in a situation where you cannot find debt consolidation loans anymore, make sure you strike a deal with the credit card provider with the lowest interest so your payment schemes would be easier on your budget. It pains to see some people are not handling their finances well when it is just simple. If you save a lot, spend within your limits and only purchase what's necessary then you wouldn't have problems with money. If you've got a better idea, let me know!

Payday Loans Can Get You There

Saturday, February 14, 2009

I know times are hard both in the Philippines and in the US. The US Senate just passed the bill the President has been pushing for since his swearing in this January. There are still a hundreds of companies that are still trying to survive and they would need a little help from finance companies and the government.

Coming from the economic plans he formulated even before the start of his campaigns, the US will surely have to try it out. There are a couple of phases they have to go through to stimulate the economy since the actual banks that financed them in the beginning are also going under because of poor returns from their investments and lack of interest from investors. Ratings that came from both the government and these institutions already have a chip on their shoulder because some that had AAA ratings before were the first ones to fold. If that happened here in the Philippines we're going to surely be in trouble.

I felt this also here when I lost a lot of money from paying tons of bills, credit cards and some of them were even stolen. I don't even want to remember that but I have to face them sooner or later. In the US people are quite lucky because they can use Payday Loans to alleviate themselves from debt then pay it off on a later date. With little to no interest from online corporations they can easily apply for it and get the money even within the same day. Getting cash advance online is easier because you would not need to go through tons of people and red tape like in the government. It's easily eliminated because there are only a few things that you need to do when doing it online instead. If you have trouble financing things that need a large sum of money but you still haven't got your paycheck then this is the deal for you. Go to http://www.loan-debt-consolidation-info.com and see how they can help you help yourselves.

Knowledge is Power On Payday Loans

Thursday, December 25, 2008

Knowledge is power on payday loans.

There are several people I know in the country that would not be able to survive tough times because they seldom run out of funds in the bank. This happens if there are some minor or major emergencies like if their kids get hospitalized, or when relatives or friends borrow money from them. In the eve of a major financial crisis looming the world's economies, everybody needs someone to run to. To alleviate them of the sudden need for money, they too would need somewhere to put their credit. Nice companies like Yellow Leaf Financial would be nice people to turn to for hassle free payday loans.

Sometimes, lenders take a different path in entertaining people that need money. Percentages of these short term loans preposterously skyrocket because companies take advantage of the borrower as they know the need for the currency. It would be nice if they maintain high standards like Yellow Leaf Financial does, because they understand your situation and only propose loans that are very reasonable in today's standards.

Payday loans here and around the world are done to have fast credit before the borrower's salary comes in. You also need someone that would be able to process accounting and your papers fast since these are the times where you normally walk in the boulevard of broken dreams. If you have no one else to turn to and have easy access to cash, you should take matters to your own hand but never forget to be responsible to pay for it as well. Your personal credit rating would take you places if you plan to put up businesses in the future. Taking care of your finances is another thing; if it means that it is for your own survival then don't hesitate to do it for your own family. There are many entities that you can go to for help. Yellow Leaf Financial is online fast and efficient, you must know how to choose establishments like them because US standards usually have most of their rates frequently pegged at $25 per $100, or 650% annual interest rates. Make sure you also do your part to have the loan repaid in two weeks or whichever applies. You won’t have any problem with loans if you keep this attitude. Payday lending is indeed a very controversial practice and faces both legal battles and public perception challenges in nearly every country where it is practiced I know. In a nutshell, knowing how these institutions work, self control and their financial systems is the key. Yellow Leaf Financial seems transparent enough for anybody so I don’t think you would have problems with them. I would borrow if I needed it, but I’ll pay for it as soon as possible. Thank God! I think my parents did something right.

Bill Consolidation for your Bad Debt

Monday, December 15, 2008

You need help when you've got bad debt!

I am quite familiar with this service. Not that I am actually using it but it seems that other B.P.O. service markets here in the Philippines are also doing bill consolidation. In this day and age, loan modification is much of a normalcy term in the eve of the supposed credit crunch. This will definitely organize some Americans who are in very bad personal debt.

Credit companies who have given ratings to the most promising banks are now suffering because they gave triple AAA ratings to ones who had too many local debts. The world is suffering now because of their policy mistakes. I'm quite sure some of their executives and board members even earned a lot and took advantage of things like this. Plans now to salvage what is left of their assets and save non performing investments to sell them is being done. The whole banking sector is in a scuffle to remain alive using the funds to be allocated by the US government as part of the billion dollar package/bailout plan. Automakers are also trying to find parts of that same fund to allocate to its ailing companies. Names like General Motors and Ford are not going to survive this year to pay off their operational costs if an additional bailout package discussed in the senate does not pass US funds they need from the national budget. They really need this just to survive this year but from what I've heard congress did not pass this legislation. It is evident that they have to take care of what they can include in this debt settlement. A non profit debt consolidation company is ready to help to fix your problems now from http://www.billconsolidation.net. The only thing you'll be given free advice through their own certified credit counselors standing by. They'll fix your personal loans and have them on a low monthly payment scheme with no premise of getting new loans.
