Take a Look at THE SPECTRUM

Saturday, June 01, 2024

You've been working so hard these past few years and want something tangible to call your own. If you are working in the Ortigas district or nearby areas, maybe The Spectrum is just for you.

Much of the spaces here are made into offices and commercial spaces, and perhaps, living in it would be a huge advantage so you don't have to go out and drive hours just to work here. This place is by Vista Land and dubbed as the Best Mixed Use Development in the island according to Lamudi, the biggest real estate platform in the country.

From essentials like groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores or government offices, living here would be ideal for the working class or for those starting a family. The convenience of being in the city is certainly what a lot of people look for. There's also shopping malls, some of the biggest ones to boot, plus a lot of hotels that could rival the best ones in the Philippines. It's also modernly designed, so you've got a lot of options in terms of putting up where you want your entertainment, dining or bedroom would go.

You could literally walk to schools, with nearby Lourdes, Poveda or University of Asia and the Pacific, your kids (or you) would be able to get those degrees captured in no time. Inside The Spectrum, you've got lots of amenities that you, your loved ones could use so you don't have to go out to be entertained. They've got pools, a well thought out gym, even a great lobby where you can lounge and just rest. The Spectrum could also be used as an investment, to even have it rented out if you're the business minded one. The cuts would be perfect for young professionals since there's 21-28 square meters, even 40-42 square meters for differently sized one bedroom units. All you need to do is ask!

If this interests you, just head on to vistaresidences.com.ph or follow @VistaResidencesOfficial on social channels to know more about The Spectrum.

Luxury Living at Bern Baguio by Brittany Corporation

Friday, January 20, 2023

T
he summer capital of the Philippines is Baguio City. With its cold climate, fresh breeze and lovely mountains, one can never discount it to be their home. It's also quite easy to go to if you prefer a change of pace, a change of scenery, you can just hop on to your car and head all the way north.

Living there seems to be a dream but Bern has made it possible. It's a 4 tower condominium development made by the experts at Brittany Corp. The feel is much like Swiss Mountain living, with the luxury of peace and tranquility. They're part of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. who's the country's largest developer. I'd compare this to their Crosswinds property in Tagaytay which they also did. It's just absolutely incredible to live there and certainly, it's a viable follow up to the successful property.

The plan to also include Alpine ish elements to the project will be the perfect fit for the mountains and pine trees that sprawl the region. They will also be putting up luxurious amenities so you don't have to go out in order to be entertained in the enclave of Bern.

Suites will have panoramic nature views, private balconies, so home owners should choose wisely. The larger 51 square meter corner suites on the other hand would have more space that you can configure to have separation on living spaces and the other rooms. There are 2 bedroom suites you can choose if you've got lots of family so they could have more space to run around, a balcony which you can turn into gardens that can function as indoor and outdoor features exceptionally planned by Brittany.

They will be implementing to have around 4-8 units per floor so there's going to be much privacy. Units are also smart home ready so if you want to implement technology in the near future, it's easier because it's already there. It feels very exclusive and private.

Westerners wouldn't have much to adjust with because they've got jacuzzis, lounges and fire pits if you're planning to roast marshmallows on a cold nippy day. For those who prefer a healthy lifestyle, their gym, sauna, yoga, and Pilates studio are available for use. There's also a game room and view decks so if you're entertaining relatives, friends or guests, you can do them here. For the special occasions, their function rooms can accommodate more people, as it should.

If you love the promise of Bern, there are equally stunning properties that Brittany has like Portofino in Alabang, Lausanne in Tagaytay, Georgia Club in fabulous Sta. Rosa Laguna. There will be more in the near future so if you're in the look for luxury in these locations, visit their site brittany.com.ph or their social channels on FB, IG or YouTube.

They are also supoorting Kaya by Virlanie Foundation, they are doing this through Bayanihan, a word that signifies helping each other to have a more sustainable Christmas. They are a child caring institution so they work on the streets, community, residential places, health and psycho social, education, integration and more of their advocacies. This includes abused, neglected and unsupported kids so they too would have a normal life. They are also enabling them for social entrepreneurship, so they too who are at risk will survive, even going to Europe to put out their cause and they hope people would support them. They need the avenue and train them to be self sufficient, a very nice cause especially in these places in the Philippines. They have eco ornaments, other products that mothers could sell at an even better price, so they too can be successful like other people, with sustainable livelihood.

If you want to help you may see them via Virlanie.org.

Pontefino Hotel and Residences Hosts Ms. Earth 2013 Swimsuit and Resort Wear Preliminaries

Wednesday, December 04, 2013

Pontefino Hotel and Residences looked extra special that evening. With most of the tables out, a buffet spread said hi to most of the guests most of which were anticipating the Ms. Earth 2013 preliminaries happening in the poolside. I must admit, I have favorites but I felt there were only a few who prepared quite enough for the show. Although majority were real contenders on the swimsuit competition. Enough of this I guess and it's time to show you what happened that evening!

The gorgeous and statuesque Ms. Earth Air 2012 Stephany Stefanowitz hosted the preliminaries and called the candidates one by one. Executives of Pontefino also welcomed everyone who came to the occasion and also officiated the fund raising meant to help victims of Typhoon Yolanda. They got a little more over 400,000++ that evening. That is a testament to how much Pontefino and its community want to help our less fortunate kababayans in the Visayas.

Then the ladies presented themselves for the swimsuit competition. I think I missed a few but this is pretty much the lineup that evening. They were seeking a 5 candidates to include in the top 15 who will vie for the Best in Swimsuit award. In my books, they did pretty good.

I extremely liked Venezuela, Serbia and Costa Rica on this round. Ms. Spain which I favored without makeup seemed a little old with the makeup she put on that evening. I dunno, but she really looked so fresh and better without it. Then we got the LPU Dance Troupe to dish out an array of Philippine/Batangueno traditional dances. It was quite reminiscent of the things I did in elementary and high school. Really good.
