LUMOS TABLET: The Perfect Blend of Function and Fun for only ₱6,999

I'm a writer, content creator and jack of all trades. We're pretty known in the "industry" for dishing out stories fast. I often write about events that I go to a la minute. It's not magic, but hard research done before interviews. This hails from the same brand of projectors I've had the pleasure of using in the past (for work and entertainment). The LUMOS TABLET has a 10.1 inch screen, capable of playing 4K videos, has 8 GB of RAM and a 6000 mAh battery (for hours of use), but still kept quite affordable. Lenovo Showcases Newest Yoga Laptops for those who CREATE

You can do so much more with a Lenovo, this is what was cemented during an event where they showcased their latest laptops together with their tech partners in Blueleaf BGC. These are the latest ultra slim laptops that have Windows 11, for those who dare to create.

The Yoga 9i can flip and fold like its predecessors, but with a thinner form factor, even more powerful 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1260p processor, it can do a lot more than those thicker laptops in the market. It also has 16GB LPDDR5 memory plus a 1TB SSD PCIE Gen 4 drive which you can use to store photos, videos, documents without worrying you'll run out of space for it. The display is a 2.8K OLED PureSight Touchscreen so those clicks can happen when you need to. The Bowers & Wilkins branded soundbar system also bring a more immersive audio experience so if you need to present, watch movies, or listen to music, this can do the job. UNBOXING The ASUS VivoBook S14

I've been looking for a laptop computer and this was a good day to test out a new laptop computer from our friends at ASUS. This is the new ASUS VivoBook S14, one of the few laptop computers that is equipped by an 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1065G7 Processor.

I have decided to do an unboxing video for it, so please indulge! 

This is equipped with an NVIDIA® GeForce® MX350 and an Intel® Iris Plus Graphics card. It also comes in different colorways namely Indie Black, Gaia Green, Resolute Red, Dreamy White. I love this one the most because I can stay in my monochrome palette (see my blog is also monochrome haha) and I can just jazz it up with stickers later so it would match my personality. It actually also comes with several stickers on the box and I was happy with the choices.

The screen has a frameless NanoEdge look with an 85% screen-to-body ratio. I'm gonna be able to have more space in it to put files when I do decide it's time to have a messy deskptop screen lol. Currently, this has a 500 Gig SSD drive and it's apt enough for office work or school. I would suggest you get a separate drive if you're planning to use this for creating videos as that might not be sufficient for HD or 4K quality. I can carry it but if you're the type who archives these things, that might be the solution. I also like the fact that I can transfer files, video and photos as it still has full I/O ports which includes USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C®, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, 2 USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI, an Audio combo jack, a MicroSD card reader and a DC-in for the power. The connection utilizes an Intel Wi-Fi 6 with Gig+ which means it employs the 802.11ax standard. They really took time to put technology here.

This weighs nice at 1.4kg, I could easily pick it up and change spots with one hand while I carry around my bag with the other. Imagine how that applies in a coffee shop, it'll be easy anywhere.

Honestly, I haven't had the chance to use this for gaming but with recent checks, this can do Valorant, Genshin Impact, GTA5 too which I plan to do in the next few weeks. Overall, this impresses me most with how it can handle common office tasks, pretty fast in fact and that's what I do currently. Actually, I finished this blog post in a few minutes because of it, isn't that a good thing?

RAPOO x VPRO Asks Why So Serious?

I admit, I still am a little boring. Do you have gaming rigs at home? What does your keyboard look like? How about your mouse? What does your headphone look like? I'm asking because mine is all white and apparently, this event I'm in right now solidified my "boring" theory LOL.

Popular brand RAPOO and VPRO knows there are still boring people like me so they've done industrial art and technology on these computer peripherals and take imagination to reality. They make really good gaming keyboards, and they're definitely not boring.

They've got wired and wireless keyboards that's designed well, breaking normal styled ones and crafted with the desire to create a revolution. I love the V500L the most because just look at the colors! It's also so comfortable for hours of gameplay. I also like how the keyboards are lit so you can still see even in the dark. The responsiveness and sensitivity is also unquestionable, I could really win games and type blog entries normally with these kind of keyboard. I'm drooling with envy as they have all of these on display. I want one! :) 

The VPRO headsets were really impressive too. Deep bass with clear and sharp sound, how can you not love something like this? 

The headphones also are quite comfortable. Soft and not too hot on the ears, which is probably done so you can wear it for hours and hear the enemies close in on you if the radars don't work. The thing also changes colors which looked so fancy I'd mistake it for professional DJ equipment. It would work with games and music I'm sure.

The mouse you're seeing right now is also my favorite. This is the V26. It's a wired Gaming Mouse with 3000 DPI, 5 Buttons and multi colored LED, it was actually changing colors as I took this photo. It costs 30 US dollars on international stores and I bet it'll be around that price range in pesos. They actually have more on their line and if you want to experience it, buy it off online stores and computer accessory stores nationwide. Just look for the RAPOO and VPRO brand. They've just started with the gaming peripherals and you'll see how it will change your gaming and computing experience very soon!
