Go Sport Opens In Festival Mall

Say Bonjour and Mabuhay to international French based brand GO Sport who just recently opened their store at Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is officially their first in Southeast Asia and is gearing for expansion in the region real soon.

The place is huge, located at the mall's expansion wing and they also opened with a knockout punch as World Champion and pound for pound king Senator Manny Pacquiao graced the occasion. Aside from the champ, they also got PBA Stars Jeff Chan, RR Garcia, Jericho Cruz and Jonathan Gray to also be there to witness it. They cater to almost any sport imaginable and this will widen the amount of choice Filipinos have as far as sports wear and gear is concerned. 

As GO Sport CEO Pascal Banet puts it "High quality and hig standard sports equipment and clothig need not to be pricey. This store will cater to everyone and we're glad to start fresh in Festival Mall. We are happy to be part of the community."

GO Sport will carry brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour and a whole lot more. They have ample amount of selling areas and facilities so people can try it out and experience it first hand. The event was also attended by sportscasters Anton Roxas, Martin Javier, fitness guru Sel Guevarra, Tennis phenom Tin Patrimonio, Olympian Jasmine Alkhaldi, great golfers Lexus Keoninh and Guido Van Der Valk, URCC Founder Alvin Aguilar, Governor Chavit Singson, international weightlifter Hafbor Bjornsson and Miss World Philippines Laura Lehmann.

Senator Manny Pacquaio even signed this particular punch equipment, it will be on display while it's there.

This is just one of the few establishments you can enjoy at the new Festival Mall. Make sure you visit them soon when you're in the south. Sports equipments are now crossed off your list, isn't that great news?

Volvo Unleashes The All New EC200D

If you hear the word VOLVO, what comes into mind? Of course there's the world class cars, but don't forget they also do heavy equipment, and they're very good at it.

Just recently, they launched the new VOLVO EC200D. It's an excavator, designed to speed up productivity, have fuel efficiency and safety in mind. It's around 20 tons, but what makes it different is the high swing torque and lifting capabilities. Now it would be easier for any construction professional to get the job done at a faster rate, safely. It can dig, lift, rotate and unload when needed. They also designed the Volvo D5E Tier 3 to have an output of 123 KW at 2000 rpm's and harness really strong hydraulics, in shorter cycles too.

It's so nice to see the new EC200 is also capable of lifting heavier weight, swing faster and still be stable when operating it. It only means this can translate into higher productivity, which could save corporations more money, faster and more efficient in any building projects. 

The EC200 is now available in Southeast Asia, India and the Philippines through Civic Merchandising Inc. - Topspot Heavy Equipment Incorporated. They will also provide on site support nationwide as they have 30 services points across the country.

Providence Hospital Acquires New Cath Lab Equipments

I've been visiting a few friends in this hospital, it's the newest if I'm not mistaken. This morning was great at Providence Hospital as they launch their new Cathlab. It's a room intended for the examination and diagnostic imaging of the arteries of the heart so they can find any abnormalities and help fix it. There are a lot of patients who need this especially those with history and it's not available anywhere, so this is a welcome development in this side of Quezon City. 

They did ceremonies at the Providence Hospital Lobby and blessing followed suit. It will service not just the city but other nearby communities as the hospital gears for continued expansion in the coming years. Now, angiograms, angioplasty, catheterization and other related procedures would be done in the hospital with ease because of these newly acquired equipment from world renowned brand GE Health. 

They have dedicated rooms for recovery, for management, for their imaging equipment and a locker room for medical staff. 

The event was graced by Dr. Rafael Bantayan Jr. their Medical Director, Dr. Dave Tan, the CEO and President of Providence Hospital, Head of Cardian Cath Lab Dr. Alvin Dela Cruz, Head of Cardiovascular Surgery Dr. Bernard Baluga, Head of Cardiology Dr. Rosalinda Dizon, Dr. Freman Cerezo the Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Dr. Jan Denton Chua the CEO of HB Calleja Heart Institute. They also had Ben Tulfo and DOH Secretary Maria Fracia Laxamana as guest speakers for the event. 

Dr. Bantayan says "Today Providence takes a big step forward and with your help and prayers it will be a successful one."

BUM Equipment Back To School Collection with Ella Cruz

We went to Farmers Plaza a few days ago to see what BUM has in store for the Back To School season and sure enough, they did not disappoint! Aside from that, they got one of their brand ambassadors Ella Cruz to have a formal meet and greet with her. The fans were really happy not just because of Ella but because the clothes simply was fit for the season. They can't wait to get these new designs on their closets... then wear them on the first day of school!

BUM Back To School: The Official Photos

Now I promised you guys a couple of articles ago that I'll be releasing the back to school behind the scenes shots from BUM Equipment's latest campaign "BUM Univarsitee". It pays homage to a colorful, fun and athletic school life. They say it shouldn't be boring or a sad story so they're bringing out their guns and making you choose a multitude of colors perfect to wear in school. Mix and match it with your current wardrobe, it'll still look good. They want you to look different when you go to your classroom and hope you won't look like your classmates. That individuality still runs through your veins and say "I'm proud of who I am!". Everybody should have their own style and should always be non conformist without breaking the rules says Rai Lacoste of BUM. So I'm cutting to the chase because I literally had to write a new article because of these new photos. I know you want to see this! :)

EXCLUSIVE: BUM Back To School (Behind The Scenes Teaser)

We were blessed to have been able to barge in the shoot of BUM's back to school collection a few days ago. I was a little sad that I didn't get to see Bea Binene (she was sick during this shoot apparently) but the rest of the new endorsers were there. Nash Aguas, Jane Oineza, Diego Loyzaga and Ella Cruz were already in their back to school wear, getting shot in a huge set that was turned into a classroom. 

This is just a teaser, I'll have to hold back releasing the rest of the shots because I'm sure you'll love the official photos from BUM shot by Ash Evasco. It'll be out on May, I'll release the rest of the photos by then but in the mean time, enjoy these behind the scene shots of these really nice guys and gals!

Notice the colors on this set, I love the bags, the new jeans and the tops for the guys. The girls are surprisingly designed more on the athletic side too, pretty reminiscent of Glee but one with a little more attitude. Just mix and match it with your existing clothes and it's PERFECT! Don't be afraid of prints or even wearing pink. As they say, real men wear pink!
