Check Out The TCL C755 QD-Mini LED 4K TV: The Ultra Game Master

It was a really good day to be in the midst of peers and fellow TV enthusiasts at the Abenson store in Quezon Avenue. TCL chose this to be the venue for the launch of their newest TCL QD-MiniLED 4K TV. They've been really hard at getting new products out in the Philippines, and something tells me, this would be the perfect TV set to have this Christmas.

They had us experience it first by getting some of the best consoles, PC driving simulations and even Virtual Reality based games at the top floor of Abenson Quezon Avenue. Had my hand in a few rounds of Tekken and fought with other bloggers and media entities. I felt like a noob during the first few rounds since it's been a while since I've played, but I got the hang of it since round 1. I finished the game too in my first try, so it was highly encouraging to do the versus rounds. It also pays when you've got a display that can keep up with the game's graphics, because it's hard to see clear and accurate especially with fighting games that need higher refresh rate. The refresh rate runs at 144Hz VRR +240Hz DLG (Dual Line Gate) a technology that only TCL has which automatically detects your source output and adjusts accordingly.

Queen of Feng Shui Marites Allen Enters Metaverse, Launches New Book on Year of Water Rabbit

It's been a while since we've seen Ms. Marites Allen in person. She's been to the UK and different parts of the globe to share her knowledge in Feng Shui and this time, she's doing quite differently. Donned in a Rabbit Cape ensemble  made by Dexter Alazas (inspired by Marites Allen's Golden Zodiac), she shared how we all could take advantage of the Year of the Water Rabbit this 2023.

 

What's up with the coming Year of the Water Rabbit this 2023? 

Ms. Marites Allen chimes in on what you could look forward to if you're an avid fan of Feng Shui. 2020 was a year of new beginnings. 2021 was the year of vaccinations, 2022 was a year of breakups while this year is about "Letting Go!" First Dolby Atmos Home Entertainment Certified Studio Opens in the Philippines

If you can dream it, you can achieve it. I've heard that line before, but these guys did it.

They are called Waxiefied Sound Productions and recently, they have been able to get Home Entertainment Studio Certification from Dolby Atmos. A first in the country. They invited us to see the actual facility, with strict instructions not to touch equipment as each piece is measured and angled to a T, with laser precision and all.

Waxie G. Joaquin the founder of Waxiefied Sound Productions and Executive Mastering Engineer says "It's time to level up! realme Set to Launch realme GT Master Edition Series and realme book

A few days ago, realme invited media for a preview of a few things they're launching this week. It was actually super hard to keep things from you, but since they already talked about it this weekend, here's a few things of what we know so far about the realme GT Master Edition Series and the new realme book. The event was attended by realme Philippines executives Austine Huang, Kyle Hubo, Jeannielyn Cheng, Dom Nacorda, Jimmclaude Gayo and a few media guests. They dub these as flagship disruptors,

Jimmclaude Gayo explained to us the new phone and says "The realme GT Master Edition Series is designed by Naoto Fukasawa. It's in a "suitcase design" and as he says "I want to design for positive, active and lively people, the suitcase is an everyday gadget, it's got horizontal grids, comes in Voyager grey. This is the world's first concave leather design made of vegan leather. It's eco friendly and ethically sourced. We also have it in daybreak blue. Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor, better CPU, GPU and AI performance versus previous flagship phones. It's 5G ready and can do WiFi 6. 8GB ram and comes in 128 and 256 storage version. Boy Abunda Endorses AMA OEd Master's and PhD Programs

AMA was a dream school since the 90's. Everyone who wanted to be in the IT school if they wanted to work in the industry. They have long been the institution that only provides that, because these days they've already grown to be a full blown University offering different courses to Filipinos here and abroad. I was questioned a lot about it and I agreed with their observation back then, and I wanted to do the corrections that same instant. They agreed and I continued, they gave me my grades and I passed. For my Doctors degree, it was super difficult because it was consultative. Defending that, had so much of a burden. In AMA you can defend it online. In my experience it was scary and sacred, it had to be new and included maternal love as a tool. It got me broken, I almost backed out, but I realized I had to finish it as a last step. I didn't even need to because I had a good job, I just came prepared and the experience was embedded in my system. I continue to bear that until now. When they spoke to me after that defense, Dr. Manalili told me I was going back to my core. To be aware about the presence of my parents in my life. He was happy I defended it, but he wanted the spirit of my work to show because it was maternal love. I encourage everyone to go for it, even if I talk about showbusiness or social issues, education can broaden your perspective about everything. You start from not knowing, and that journey is education. This can give it to you at your pace, and at the end of it you will carry it til the end. Thank you for the opportunity."

Junior Master Chef Pinoy Edition!

Judy Ann Santos - Agoncillo. She's a breath of fresh air. She's the undisputed Queen of Soap Operas in the Philippines. How can we live without her in Primetime TV? That's a question that was answered a couple of days ago when a new program was launched with her in the starring role. Unlike her other programs, this one was TOTALLY DIFFERENT and she's going to host here. Have you heard of Junior Master Chef?! Yeap! It's here in the Philippines and it's taking primetime viewing to the next level... watch how 60 Filipino kids from around the archipelago battle it out in the Philippine Master Chef kitchen this August!

Acting as judges in this prestigious program are some of the greatest Chef's that the country has ever produced. Chef Fernando Aracama and his 30 years of experience in the kitchen speaks for himself. Properly called "The Maestro" he will impart his knowledge and wisdom in the kitchen to these kids. Who can NOT know the one and only Chef Rolando Laudico? He's probably one of the pioneers in Pinoy Fusion. He's also got an ice cream flavor under his belt. Trained in America and France he'll surely be teaching these kids a thing or two about what Filipino cuisine should be in the future. Chef JP Anglo learned the best things in hawker woks and stalls in Singapore. He also is schooled in the best ones in Australia. Knowledgeable and experienced in Asian cooking, he'll tell us how we Filipinos fare in a global standpoint. These kids are very lucky they get to be with Judy Ann Santos Agoncillo and these three Chefs... they'll even tell you the stories behind their journey.
