Aiai, Kisses, McCoy and More for D'Ninang

Wow! Regal Entertainment Inc is bringing out a new film called D'Ninang this January 22, and yes it stars Aiai Delas Alas, Kisses Delavin, McCoy De Leon, Angel Guardian, Kiray Celis, Lou Veloso and a lot more.

GB Sampedro says "It's the first salvo of Regal Films, I hope you get to see this. I was nervous because some of them are only working for the first time. We put them together and felt like playing while on the set. It was just too tight to finish this before Christmas hence the January playdate."

Kiray says "I am Lorena, a pretty funny girl who always have something to say.  I learned from my Mom who was a former thief, in malls (she kids). I had a scene where they had to cover my mouth but I had colds that day. Everything was coming out, I was trying not to sneeze. My Ninong Bayani always says he gives me more than gifts every Christmas, he gives prayers most of the time and he attributes all the success I get now from that. My advice to people, not all material things matter. Prayers do wondrous things!"

Angel says "I play Sol here, a thief, who follows Aiai's footsteps. She does things, a little boyish. I have very generous Ninongs when I was a kid and I really enjoyed shopping."

McCoy says "I will be a little epal, comedic in some way. I had to interact with Criminology students to do this and had to not commit crimes. I had yo be on set early, but I am thankful for the experience doing this."

Kisses says "I am so thankful for all of our supporters. We are now trending in The Philippines on Twitter. I am always righteous, longed for a mom but finally meet her in these circumstances. I experienced riding a jeep, hang from the bars at the end and I haven't experienced that."

Aiai "I hope you continue to tell people of our movie. This is very simple, fun, and we have tons of young stars who gave their all. I play the Ninang here, leader of thieves, but when I found Kisses here, I was challenged to change. It was funny, very chill, we didn't have to force it to be funny because the material already is. I didn't talk to criminals but I remember a Yaya I had who took a lot of things from me. Ninang plays a lot in a life of a child, you get to be the person responsible in case something happens to the parents. I had to give a lot during Christmas, but of course the memories are priceless."

It's a fun film with family in the core, funny and yes, it's got your favorite stars in it. Go watch it and have a good laugh! 

Elisse Joson Officially Joins Vivo Family

Went to Market!Market! a couple weels ago for the launch of the latest handset from Vivo Philippines, the Vivo V9. With it's superb cameras that can take AI capable shots, it's definitely something that this generation should definitely consider if they want those selfies to remain perfect, amiable in every shot. 

The gorgeous Elisse Joson has always been seen in her social media channels - she definitely looks so adorable, lovely and very classy. Now I think this is the same reason why McCoy adores her, probably the same reason why Vivo Philippines said it's time to make Mclisse (yes the popular loveteam) a reality - and be together in supporting and endorsing popular smartphone brand Vivo.

The place was full to a brim with McLisse fans, Vivo executives and the media. Got a front seat so when the show started, I only used my Vivo V9 to take these shots, mind you they were a bit far but I'm still getting detailed photos, amazing!

A fashion show ensued and these good looking models showed us how to take selfies and use stickers to have extra fun with the Vivo V9. I think I got the hang of it.

Aside from the stickers, I also love the portrait mode of this phone because man, the bokeh is just awesome!

They announced Elisse Joson as their newest endorser, so that means they just united McLisse in Vivo. But there's something missing, he came in with flowers of course!

McLisse is now complete, and from what I've heard, they are both happy to be together in one smartphone company because they can now take selfies together. They used to refrain from doing it because Elisse wasn't signed up yet, but now they've got more reasons to keep memories using the lovely front and back cameras of the Vivo V9. 

They promise to go around the country in different cities to bring you closer to the brand and yes, the Vivo V9.

McCoy De Leon Stars in "INSTALADO" for TOFARM Film Festival 2017

He's cute, he can dance, he loves Elise and this time, he can act - as the dashing McCoy De Leon stars in this Jason Laxamana film called INSTALADO. This film is the only weird good, or different entry that caught my eye during the reveal of the 6 entries for TOFARM Film Festival. I said that because this one boils on sci-fi, a genre which is very difficult to connect to the festival's theme. They are also tallking about something that is affecting a lot of Filipino farmers, the next generation, their sons and daughters who had been able to attain education but chose different vocations leaving hundreds of agricultural land to waste and aging farmers.

This controversy has span ages and is the reality. Do you know that the average age of our farmers is 60 years old? That's actually also getting higher and if there's no one doing the farming, there will be no one putting food on the table, nobody tilling the soil, and if that's the case, prices will go high, people will go hungry and we have to import food from other countries like China, Thailand because that's the only way we could supply the demand.

The sci-fi part of this movie is how people are educated, instead of going through school and books for years, a chip can be installed in their brain and do the work. Will this be beneficial to the industry? Or will it be just a nail to the coffin? Aside from McCoy De Leon's character Victor, he is also starring here together with Francis Magundayao and Junjun Quintana. This is going to be a very challenging role for McCoy but here's hoping he would be nominated for an acting award here and in other festivals they plan to put this in. It would be super nice though that the fans could support this early on especially during the run of TOFARM Film Festival. This movie will premier on July 12 at SM Megamall, SM Manila, Greenbelt 1, Gateway, Robinsons Galleria and Robinsons Metroeast. Young Celebs Confess Love for Vivo V5s

Everybody wants to look good on photos right? McCoy De Leon wants all his friends by his side. He's always in gigs with the hashtags, out with his friends and even his fans. However, he doesn't want them to be left behind if they are doing a group photo as he feels that won't be fun. That's exactly why he loves taking group shots via the Panorama Panning effects of the Vivo V5s, even if he's with a big group, it won't be a problem at all because you can just swivel away and take the shot!

Popular fashion blogger Verniece Enciso on the other hand praises the phone because she doesn't even have to carry as selfie stick anymore, which is bulky and troublesome to set up. Now all she needs to do is gather her family and friends to make more memories. It's also great for the events she goes to because the phone can take great group shots anytime, anywhere!

Tony Labrusca of BoybandPH fame loves the Vivo V5s with it's 20 Megapixel front camera. It's crystal clear, no need to sharpen photos with other apps as it is very detailed already. Selfies are really good.

Andrea Brillantes lauds the device's updated Selfie Softlight. It's going to make her more dreamy, not harsh like a deer in headlights. Even if she's about to sleep, she can still take shots in dimly lit places, which she does quite often on her Instagram account. Yes, she takes selfies even at pitch dark nights!

Sue Ramirez who just ended her I Can Do That stint praises the Vivo V5s Beauty Mode. She was happy that even the small imperfections got eliminated by the phone's feature. She's not afraid to take shots even if she's not with make up. Just wake up, washed her face in the morning and woke up late, still looking fresh because of the Vivo V5s Beauty Mode 6.0, how can anyone not like her?

VIVO Mall Tour with McCoy de Leon and Anjo Damiles This May

Tomorrow is going to be a fun Sunday as two good looking guys take on the Vivo Mall Tour to be held at SM Megamall and SM Bicutan on May 7, 2017. As you all know, McCoy is part of popular dance group Hashtags whilst Anjo Damiles is part of Star Magic's roster of talents, but once they step out on stage for top 5 global brand VIVO Philippines, they promise to make it worth your while. Program will start at 5PM so if you are around the area, please do wait for them at the mall's event center.

Damiles says "I want to meet and be with Vivo's customers and perhaps make the afternoon a fun one while I show them why I chose Vivo in the first place. I'll show them why it's one of the nicest phones out in the market."

McCoy on the other hand has been known to have been using this phone for quite some time now and he says his perfect selfies are because of the Vivo V5 Plus which he feels will be the coolest phone for selfie lovers. He's also excited to see his fans and Vivo's countless customers so he could tell them about the Vivo V5, V5Plus and the V5 Lite. They will be doing MORE mall visits soon as this will last for 4 months, so make sure you follow them around not just in SM Megamall and Bicutan, but also in SM Taytay, SM Sta.
