CROCS Opens Huge Concept Store in TRINOMA

CROCS has been really doing it right these past few years. Aside from coming out with really neat versions of the classics, they delved into making new designs, colorways, and having you in control of your own footwear, urging you to Come As You Are. 

Recently, they tapped AC Bonifacio for their classics which she jazzed up with Jibbitz charms. Then just last week, they have launched their largest CROCS Concept Store at the 2nd Floor of Ayala's TRINOMA Mall. The different clogs, sandals and slides will surely make your heart eyes appear because surely, there's one that will fit your personality.

GMA's Thea Tolentino was also there to join in the fun!

You can even do more things with it with the Jibbitz charms. They have a specific section for buyers to get their pairs all personalized by choosing the appropriate ones and put them on the holes of your CROCS pairs and love it all over again! CES DRILON Appears in Love Team: Beyond Boys Lockdown

I've religiously watched this show during the pandemic. I felt it was light, a slow burn, but definitely not unromantic. It's like you would believe Ali King and Alec Kevin were real life lovers. A few days ago, they dropped the trailer for Love Team: Beyond Boys Lockdown. This time, they took a play on them being real life actors, and consequently, boys who have feelings for each other.

Not only that, it looks like the writers have gone beyond just a second world because they had award winning broadcast journalist Ces Drilon as part of the cast (also her debut), the mother of Ali King who looks like she knows so much about the love story behind the story (yes that sounded like inception). They're also getting this started through a Kickstarter campaign via bit.ly/LOVETEAMKickstarter. They're achieving that goal because honestly, they've done super well in the first series, what's gonna stop them from telling us the rest of the story.

The new season will also have the original cast, plus Kaloy Tingcungco, Teetin Villanueva, as well as new faces that are playing new characters. This is directed by Jade Castro, with the script written by Danice Mae Sison. This is also done by Executive Producer Darwin Mariano. I can't wait for the 8 episodes they promised, I'm sure it'll be a good one.

Christmas Time at Tagaytay Highlands

I remember it all so vividly when my family and I visited Tagaytay Highlands during Christmas a couple years ago. I had to hold on for dear life in some of the areas because the cold wind made itself present. It was totally different from hot Manila and these days, it reminded me how lucky people are in that side of the world especially during these times.

These days, they're not stopping festivities and for starters, they're getting regular masses started from November 28, December 5, 12, 19 and January 2. That includes Sundays of the Advent which is a score for the faithful and families. They will also be doing Simbang Gabi mass from 5-6PM from the 15th to 23rd and the actual Christmas Eve mass on the 24th at 5:30, 7 and 8:30 PM. This will all happen at the Holy Family Chapel and Madre de Dios Chapel Midlands inside the property. They will also be doign Christmas Tree lighting ceremonies no the 4th and musical performances on Christmas and New Year's eve plus a huge fireworks display at the Highlands China Palace Lower Parking area.

Looks like Ginebra San Miguel is beginning this December with a hot surprise as they launch the new Ginebra San Miguel 2022 Calendar Girl. We did the next best thing to see her, just sat down, got our cocktails, chilled and watched the show unfold on GSMCALENDAR2022.PH this evening.

No surprise, they announced who it was... and she's Chie Filomeno. Ginebra's calendar girl Chie has a lot of history with the brand. Every year, they've chosen exemplary Filipinas seen with their character to follow the ganado, matapang persona that the brand stands for. She serves an inspiration to a lot of people. She's a modern woman, and was chosen the values that Ginebra stands for, a never say die spirit.

Chie says "I can really feel the love today. I feel so happy that I was chosen to be the GSM Calendar Girl for 2022. Thank you, I am overwhelmed. I remember talking to my RM about this, we were being casted, only 2 left to be chosen for this campaign. I was having lunch with friends when the message came, I am super happy! After getting the note, I worked out everyday. We really prepared for this shoot. It's not just being sexy, it's being strong, taking care of what's inside. I received a lot of social media bashing in the past, I had to be feisty, we're human, I had to be a strong woman, very rational in that sense. My family gave me hope.
