Kris Aquino Joins iFlix Family

I love Kris Aquino, sure she had her bouts with drama about love and family, but we all know she's not perfect. She's human just like the rest of us. I don't know her personally but with what I've seen and experienced these past few weeks, she's a nice person and I really don't like the nasty comments she's getting online. She's a strong woman, like a bull, and no matter how much wrong things people do to her, I applaud her for still staying classy despite of all the judgement thrown at her.Her success, is seen worldwide.

With her upcoming controversial inclusion in the Hollywood film about Crazy Rich Asians, it would put her on a pedestal once again and we would only get to marvel at how all these opportunities have presented themselves despite her real crazy life. She's also an entrepreneur, making sure her fame and fortune would be put to good use. Aside from her franchises of Nacho Bimby, and tons of other businesses she's had in the past, she's now joining the iFlix family, a successful online streaming platform that was once dubbed a crazy idea but is now number 1 in emerging markets like the Philippines. She knows why.

Emerald City Now Showing on iFlix!

I am gazing at the lovely posters for the upcoming exclusive iFlix series called Emerald City. Yes this NBC universal original is being shown on the app 3-4 hours right after being shown in the US. Now that's not all, because it's better in the iFlix app because you can download and take it with you wherever you are so there's no boring day as long as you have subscription, let's play!

The series by the way is made by the same guy who did that all star cast Pepsi commercial (remember Beyonce, Enrique Iglesias etc.?) and this series is more of a modern but dark take on the original story of The Wizard of Oz! You won't have any shortage of mythical creatures, drama, dog whisperers and of course tons of MAGIC!

You'll get it from Lady Ev, Glinda, East, West, Eamonn, Jack and the Wizard of Oz... even Toto! You'll also see really good flying vehicles, pretty powerful magical assistants and beasts dropping from the sky. It's going to tell the story of Emerald City all over again, definitely not Kansas!

The show stars Rami Malek who also appeared in the last Twilight installment as part of the Egyptian coven, and also his biggest break with funny man Robin Willams for the Night at the Museum movie. Now he plays the role of Elliot Alderson for Mr. Robot which is a drama-tech-psycho thriller originally shown on USA Network.

GMA Shows Now Available on iFLIX!

The Smart Life Event in Mall of Asia

We're blogging live here at the Atrium of Mall of Asia checking out the various booths that Smart has put up so the public could experience how it is to live a Smart Life!

For those who love Clash of Clans, they've got a booth where you can win goodies from the game and learn how you can play on the go with ease because you're connected with the biggest network in the country!

For movie and TV show lovers, you can have iFLIX on your handsets and tablets all for 99 bucks if you're on Smart, Sun or Talk N Text! They gave away free subscription too so people could try out the service even if they haven't purchase yet! Isn't that awesome!

Smart also had put up a huge screen so people could watch movies while in the mall. Yes, FOX is available on the Viewstream app so you guys can watch tons of shows including The Walking Dead!

Franco Reyes brought his reggae-ish music to the delight of the crowd. It's like listening to Spinnr but it's totally live! Now how's that for living the Smart Life!

Nadine Lustre was also there and gave us those cute songs they always do in mall shows! I like the Mr. Antipatiko song much because it felt like she was teasing James!
