Oh Canada!

I miss my friends in Canada. I seldom talk about it because it gives me that feeling of regret not visiting it that much in the past few years. I barely took a break from work and to tell you honestly I really want to go. They often invite me over to stay at their houses and roam around the rest of the provinces and get a little acquainted with the place. This was supposed to be my second home but I never made time for it in the past. Now, I'm planning to take a few days off and get with their program. I want to see the sights and great things this country up north has. Trent Jordan Vancouver convinced me to do it. I have to call them now (friends and family) and see if I can get them to come with me and travel. I hope they file their vacation leave this early. They will probably oblige since I am the persuasive one. I have to study a little more French too so I won't alienate myself on other parts of the country. For that, we'll try to accommodate it with my busy schedules!

I know how picturesque the place is because I still got some of the photos my Aunt's and Uncle sent me when I was a kid. One word that I can use to describe it is nostalgia! I still get excited seeing the vast parks and city scenes along the bay. I'm not much of a landmark photographer but I'll surely try to whip out something good with my kit lens and see if I can stitch together 3 photos for a local magazine I wish to show my work on. I'm sure they'll like it just like my fashion shots from a few months back. Loving the place wouldn't be hard; I might even consider living there soon! Oh Canada!

It looks like some twitter warriors are against @KCMontero. It's because he saw a couple of the UKISS members were kissing each other and shaking their booties when they held their concert here. So they are gay, nothing wrong about that but they shouldn't fool people. If they really are thousands of teens and women would be broken hearted. Illusions, illusions, illusions! Men just don't like watching other men shake em booties too!

The Department of Justice I think has been given a low budget. Since the Supreme Court Cheif Justice and PNOY had a rift, only Congress can give them more money. Goodluck to the ailing rooms of your courts! It's going to rain even inside! Pasig will have bonuses of flood water. Bring your water sports gear!

I'm hearing Christmas carols already. What am I going to buy? I need to reward myself of course! A new lens? A set of lights?! Clothes? Shoes? A car maybe? Oh sh#&.. I forgot... I don't have any money ahhahahaha! No bonuses this year because they halved the 13th month pay. Where am I gonna get money to pay for the gifts I have to buy for the hundreds of kids who think their Godfather is rich nyahahah! Well surprise surprise I'm not! LOL Ninong is cheap!

We didn't win the World Cup of Pool which was held here in the Philippines. China won... now wait, I thought there were no Chinese tourists here?! Why are they here with a crowd?! So who do you think is fooling who when we have people still visiting us from Hong Kong and China?! Blacklist my a$#! Hahaha...

It looks like John Lloyd and Shaina will be in deep trouble this week. Some people saw them doing it raunchy somewhere public. But then again someone's got to come up with photos to prove it. Otherwise, it ain't true at all!!!!

Dating again this weekend. I hope it turns out great like last week. If I don't go out, I'll probably just bury myself in pillows and get some sleep. I'm always sick these days but I always try to self medicate. I need to go and get a checkup just to see what's wrong with me. I hope none of those high blood pressure symptoms turn out to be true. I hate head aches. Pray for my soul. Wherever its headed! LOL

I should visit Salcedo Market this weekend and take my date there. Looks like food is nice and we'll probably get both interested in the sights and things to eat there. Photos will be surely a good thing to post here. I forgot I need to buy Haagen Daaz Ice Cream, I'll do that too. Make her my model and put em here hehehe!

The Perfect Pair

I'm trying to find the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. To tell you honestly, my head is HUGE. It's funny but I can't find one that would fit and look good on me. If I go for comfort it would look geeky on me. If I go for fashion it would look too odd on me and would as if it is squeezing my head. I can't sacrifice one or the other. I know there are some Designer Sunglasses that would fit me perfectly. I would pay gladly for them just as long as it satisfies my needs in both looks and form. I'll try to look for some of them on line maybe I'll get lucky.

In a tropical climate such as ours it is a staple so we wouldn't be bothered by direct sunlight. I hate going out without one because I literally feel it hitting my eyes and it does hurt quite a lot. I don't want to see things get worse with that plus the heat stroke which has affected a couple of people already. I want to really get one soon so if in case I am going to bare it all under the sun I won't suffer the same fate. I don't want to get fried, blinded and faint just anywhere. I need one now so bad!

Who's going to buy me one?! Raise your hand!

Converse Sale

My friends and I will be going to the Marikina factory of Converse today because we heard it will be sale upto 70 percent off on all their shoes. I am gunning for a couple of pairs and am going to try and find those which would never be normally worn by anyone there. I'm thinking more of those plastic looking ones than the ordinary chucks. I will still buy some but probably one white and one designed one. My feet is obviously huge and I need to get one that properly fits. I want a new one since my old one got torn on the sides. I don't even know if I should get that fixed also. I think I just buried it with another pile of shoes at home.

I'm planning to give away some of them because they don't fit anymore. I hope it fits the feet of those whom I'm giving it to. Converse also has some of those rubber shoes looking ones that I don't actually like because they are mostly hiphop-dancer lines which I'm NOT! Obviously this particular basketball shoes in the 70's are turning out to be fashion items now. Some say it is not for fashion but hey if it looks cool and feels good on the feet I'm all for it!

Business is Business

I loaned my friend a couple hundred dollars so he could put in some money on his business again. He almost got bankrupt and needed financing for his ailing business. I suggested he make some changes and get a process started. This is to prevent him from being in the same predicament as before. I just got into trouble with a friend over this because of money matters. For me business is business. I trust people a lot but if it comes to getting what is supposed to be mine I don't hold back. In some instances I'd even get the toughest Business Litigation Austin Texas can ever get! I know when to get experts when it is needed. If this partnership fails he got me the computer shop as collateral and assured me if that isn't enough he'll gladly pay me back in cash. I did something in writing so I could at least hold him to his words. These days you can never be too sure!

I hope money would not destroy friendships in the process because the only thing I wanted in this occasion is to help. The earning part is just a byproduct if ever. He is thinking of putting up a small studio too so he could get local bands to practice there. It is a big ordeal but I'll support him with what I can. He is after all my friend. I wouldn't want that to ruin everything we have right now. He's a good guy and the last thing I want to see is for him to suffer another business mishap.

I have been tweeting this morning. I was so troubled to see Pinoys who wanted Noy NOT TO TAKE THE BLAME and let others do it. If it wasn't honorable for him to do that piece, who would do it?! The Manila mayor? The police cheif?! Oh come on! Get real! You would need to crush their fingers and subject them to torture before they do that. I hate it when Filipinos think they know everything "right" to do in the government. Try and think about what would you do if you were in their shoes. I'm sure it'll be either a lot different or a lot worse! But thanks for the small chat Mr Carlos Celdran and Dwight Legaspi. It made my afternoon a little exciting.

I just saw Rajo Laurel's blog this morning. It looks promising since he discusses Philippine fashion. I want to go to his small talk on the 22nd of this month at Ayala Museum. He said this is his small way of giving back to the country, a very noble gesture I must say. I want to see how this works with my cam in hand. I might not be able to get my still camera in the venue heheh but I'll see what I can do on this event. =)

I want to have another day with my friends. I want to spend time with them this weekend. It's Pekto's birthday and she's in Cavite. It would take me MAJOR effort to do that. I hope we still get to celebrate her birthday even just for a few days. We're not that rich but we need to do this!

I did not get enough sleep today. I woke up with a headache again today. It must be the swearing and foul words I said this morning. I might be getting punished by God for not doing anything good today. I'm a very bad boy.... but what can I do, I've always been like this. I'm evil!

I hate it when Pinoy's or people in general think to high of themselves. They think they are smart when they're not! I often give them advise and a taste of humble pie. That's if they haven't met me REALLY!

Well... back to work... have lots of things to do. Need to submit reports and rating sheets for my peeps.

The Memories Comes Crashing Back To Me

I was actually thinking of what particular big ticket item I should buy for myself this year. I reward myself every now and then but I don't have anything particular in mind right now so I asked my friends. They immediately told me to purchase a motorbike. It is quite popular in our neck of the woods but when I heard that particular mode of transport; I begged off. Why you ask?! I might need an Austin Injury Lawyer to defend me on this one since they are the experts, but let me tell you a little story about why I never wanted this 2 wheeled wonder.

I always liked cars, bikes and the likes. I used to sell them too a few years back. I always wanted those big ones in Mission Impossible and eventually I had the chance to own one. I had a good looking best friend (adored by many women then) who got me into the hobby taught me how to ride it. I also joined several groups and in a couple of months I was quite getting the hang of it.

My best friend went to work one day and forgot to bring his helmet. While on the road another bike turned around without signals and crashed with his bike. He flew into that other vehicle and got his face smashed on it. He had to be rushed to the hospital and got his face into surgery. To survive, he had to have a couple of titanium plates and screws implanted on his face just to survive. It was hard on their family because they had to dish out a few thousand dollars and the other party was barely giving funds. They needed help so badly. I did everything I could but I knew what they needed at that time were lawyers to get them what they need for damages; and justice he deserves. After that I never wanted to ride my bike again. I sold it too. It was a sad day but we had to move on with our lives. I'm also glad that he is still alive!

It was the first time in 5 days that I got to sleep soundly. I didn't have a headache when I woke up. Hallelujah! I think its because I prayed for it too. =)

I think I have high blood pressure. I refuse to go to the doctor, I'm afraid I might die sooner than I think. Then my best friend and I talked this evening, you know the topic???? It was all about what to do when I die and what caskets to put me in... funny huh?!

I still haven't got my own Eraserheads CD Set. I'm going to call my friend in Greenwich later. He's supposed to call me once supplies come but its been days... I think I should shoot someone when I don't get it ha-ha! I have become more vicious all of a sudden! Ha-ha!

I'm going to get myself one of those gorilla pods from CDRKING, I think they are the perfect pair for my Flip Ultra HD. The question is when can I fix that busted lens on it?! I need to get someone to fix that for me. I'm a little afraid doing DIY things because most of the time I break em even further. Not good for an expensive gadget hehe!

I hate paying for almost everything at home. I am losing a lot. What can we do with feudal obligations?! Why is it so embedded in our culture?! Don't you kinda hate it?! But what can we do, they are after all my family. I couldn't bare to see them asking favors from other people. I can still help but upto what extent. I'm not that rich as people may presume me to be. I look the part but I'm not. Somebody save me!!!!!

I need to go out again this weekend. I need to start out romance and all the shizzle dizzle whatever the wizzle snoop dogg has up his sleeves. Please, whoever you are take it easy on me!! My heart just healed so be careful ok?! =P

If You Were In My Shoes

I saw some of my friends who are consequently also my neighbors whom I grew up with this weekend. They sat on those same benches we usually stayed on till the wee hours of the morning (just talking about girls, girls, girls); we kind of lost touch over the years because I went into concentrating more on studies while most of them ended up not finishing school. What's more sad is that some of them got into gangs and fraternities that got them into major trouble. One of them also got into Opiate Addiction or some sort of pain killers which is very dangerous. I wanted to help them out but I can only do much. I was feeling helpless since we never got to talk the same way after a long time. I wish I could get them into programs to get them out of the habit but even their relatives were clueless on what to do. They had to spend a lot on medical bills which made it doubly harder to recover. I was at a lost to say the least and I asked my friends who were in the same field and suggested some options I should take.

I wanted to help them so they could start over and rebuild their lives. They have their own families now and the last things I hope they'll end up in are government institutions. I wouldn't want to put the blame on their environment or society in general. It's too broad and they probably have something to do with it too. I believe in second chances and I want to see them successful soon.

I hate milk. It makes my stomach ache. Good thing someone invented strawberry flavored ones and it looks like I'm good. I can drink them now. Chocolate drinks are not my favorite but it can be something I'd try instead of plain milk. So what the hells with milk?!

USA won against Lithuania today. How can you not win when there's thoroughbreds in your lineup. If there was something to notice about them, none of them are white... almost all of them are African American. White Men can't jump?!

It's Sunday today and I don't even go to church anymore. It looks like I only go there when I need something big. I should change my ways. Well maybe if I can get some sleep without waking up with a headache I'll do that. Somethings wrong with me. Going to hell?!

I'm watching Austin Powers. My favorite Canadian born British comedian is there aka Mike Myers. I love his assistant... the one who always shouts. Hilarious! I love it a lot no matter how gross it is! Ha-ha!

Today is also the much awaited Cheerdance Competition in UAAP. Everyone's going to have a chance but I hope it turns out great for the UE Pep Squad. I know they didn't actually place in the top 3 these past few years. Things can change. I hope. But I know UP and UST are gunning for it again. Hope they win! Now if all of them were winners I wonder who is gonna lose.... I smell chicken. Haha! Yeah I hate some teams... who cares!

I want a new thing to play. Now where's that money I left to buy myself a gadget.... oh yeah I remember... they are all out on loans for friends, now I don't have money. Funny?! NOT!

I think I was too kind. I hate them. =/
