Liam Hemsworth Loves Bench!

We're doing Hollywood today... hooray!

He's gorgeous no doubt about that. He's captured the hearts of young kids, ladies, and even Miley Cyrus. This is my first time to meet him. It's his first time to meet me too LOL. Ladies and gentlemen, here's the one and only Liam Hemsworth!

Well not yet, he's Raymond Gutierrez and he's hosting this one as Liam becomes an official Benchsetter. It's his first time to visit the country and there were a lot of fans who wanted to take a glmpse of him. Have you guys seen his billboard in EDSA lately?

His piercing eyes, gorgeous body and impressive stance makes him the perfect endorser for this brand and when we went to Mandarin a few days ago, he looks scruffy but seems quite fresh and amazing!

He felt like a nice guy and had that presence. He was also very photogenic. I like his eyes. I felt it made sense why he had a photoshoot with a lion because they stare quite the same. He's tall too, estimate around 6'0 feet. We don't usually see him with facial hair but he's fully bearded on this bit.

Then they started asking questions:

He's an easy guy to please. His daily regimen is just to clean up, wear a comfy cotton shirt and jeans. He says he even sleeps with it on. He was candid and funny, quite an intelligent chap too.

Liam Hemsworth as a Benchsetter is just a no brainer. He exudes the right amount of machismo and the right amount of spunk to take his moment in the Philippines a notch higher. He's not only worthy to be with Bench, he's worthy to be out of Hunger Games and into the hearts of Filipinos.

He also gave a lot of time for fans after the event. My heart just melted seeing how he took time to see and say hi to everyone, he gave hugs, kisses and autographs to his loyal fans which ranged from 12-60sumthing that afternoon.

Congratulations to Bench for continuously sending over world class endorsers to the Philippines. You have outdone, outwit and outplayed the competition. Thank you so much for letting us cover for this momentous occasion.Thanks also to Sir Ben Chan for being so nice, thank you so much for getting us in on these exclusive events. If I could only cry in this part I would. =')

The Bride and The Lover

It was a nice afternoon and we got the chance to visit the last shooting day of The Bride and The Lover. The film stars recent award winners Paulo Avelino and Lovi Poe together with gorgeous Jennelyn Mercado. They have a stellar cast that includes Hayden Kho, Joem Bascon and Councilor Alex Castro whom I just found out is running for a Vice Mayoralty post in Marilao, Bulacan.

As serious as it sounds, The Bride and The Lover is actually a RomCom. It's not another kabit flick if you don't mind. It's going to be a little naughty on some parts, a little serious and dramatic on others. The cast was excited on how this movie will turn out. I've got to talk to some of them during this shoot. Actually, I got to know them better.

With AVIDA it is HOMEPOSSIBLE!

Did you know that you can own your own condiminium unit if you spend 250 pesos a day? Yeap! You heard that right! And it's right here in Avida where affordable living is at its finest!

We got the chance to take a look around their property in Avida Towers Centera near Shaw and Pioneer Streets in Mandaluyong City. A skip and a hop away from EDSA, Manila's major thoroughfare; it was so nice to see there are residential options that would bet fit a family, a bachelor or even those who just want to invest in properties.

The First Space

Take a look at this space which costs around 1.5 Million Pesos.

This also has a bedroom which I absolutely loved. It was spacious enough to have several people walk in for a small gathering. It could be intimate, but I felt free because they put in windows on this property. It felt so nice to see it make the whole venue a tad warm in the afternoons. I'm dreaming of lounging on the chairs already. I had to take a look on some more spaces that they have to offer.

Fan di Fendi Pour Homme for Men and Fan di Fendi Extreme for Women

It's been a while since the House of Fendi actually came out with their own fragrance. They had years of hiatus and they didn't have one from 2005 up to 2010. I'm an avid fan of their designs and I'm sure a lot of people are.This is my first encounter with Fan di Fendi Pour Homme. They launched this just fall of last year; and I only got to see it during an event at posh Buddha Bar in Makati. It sent me to a frenzy when I got a wrist sampler. I found it intense, sultry and very modern. It reminded me well of leather, quite masculine. This is my type of scent I said to my friends immediately, they agreed quite well.

This fragrance was designed with the urban man in mind; someone who's sophisticated, confident and well liked by the ladies. I love the combination of leather, citrus, wood, and oriental spice (cardamom and pink pepper undertones). A single smell of this on a man's neck or body would be something that women would get crazy for and might rev up the hormones. Something intimate would probably fit the mood you're gonna get after a spritz of this!

As if this wasn't enough, they went ahead and designed something for the ladies too. Renowned perfumers Francois Demachy, Delphine Lebeau-Krowiak and Benoist Lapouza might have thought the intense fragrance of Fan di Fendi Pour Homme needs a female counterpart. They called it Fan di Fendi Extreme - Fendi for Women.  

This one exudes a more sensual and intense scent that women would find quite sexy. They have designed this with  the more aggressive hot women in mind. It's major scent plays on citrus because its got major contributors from Italian lemon and a more not so common type of Calabrian bergamot. It also has undertones of sweet Arabian jasmine and Indian Tuberose that gives it a strong, warm, steamy, luscious and seductive smell that women would like to have in the evening. They also combined subtle amounts of Leather and Vanilla to make it a cohesive partner of the one for men. I bet you guys would go crazy for women who want it darker, feistier than the usual fruity flowery scents bought over the counter. It's hot and perfect for women who would want to go out on a date, or get noticed just by passing by. Don't you want your man to get in the mood? =)

For what its worth, Fendi's got so many reasons for you to LOVE the scent that's both urban, chic and modern. I suggest you get one for your man, or woman in major department stores nationwide.
