This is their way of making sure they know how valued they are in building the company's success. Golden Haven has been steadily growing these past few years and thanks to their dedication, they were able to attain this status in memorial care, something that sets them apart from others according to Estrellita Tan the COO of Golden Haven Memorial Parks in the Philippines.

They held ceremonies over at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao for the Visayas and Mindanao agents while the other was held in scenic Camp Netanya in Mabini, Batangas. They also did networking sessions and shared best practices so they could learn from each other, in hopes to further their careers too in the long run.

One "Pawsome Day" at Golden Haven

Friday, September 08, 2023

For those who have an additional and special member in the family, this would certainly be good news for you. If you're taking care of a dog, a cat or anything in between, Golden Haven Memorial Parks Inc. recently held their "Pawsome Day" at all their affiliated properties nationwide. Folks brought their furry kids to their over 30+ properties and had a grand time playing with them last August 19th. Much of the properties were filled to the brim with dogs, cats, and other animal friends, all aimed to bond with their furry pets while inside the confines of the sprawling property.

They also invited several pet related businesses in the event so the fur parents won't have to go far in order to take care of their pals, even went to lenghts in doing a pet fashion show during the event. The audience certainly enjoyed the various clothes ther wore on the catwalk, of which made them extra adorable. It was a mix of barking, laughing and music in the venue, something they wanted to do to make each property a place not just for our loved ones, but to celebrate life while we're living.

The President of Golden Haven Ms. Emy Lustado says "Holding this event affirmed our efforts to be not just a place of peace for the departed, but to also have awesome experiences with their loved ones. Pets have always been cherished confidants, and give us a source of boundless happiness. It is but right to give them this Pawsome day!"

This is their second year of holding this event, and by the looks of it, they're raring to make this an annual thing for the whole Golden Haven community. If you want to know more, you can search Golden Haven on social channels of their website goldenhaven.com.ph today.

The Beautiful and Scenic Golden Haven Cebu

Wednesday, August 31, 2022

C
ebu is certainly one destination I wouldn't get tired of. I've been there countless times for pleasure, work and play. With it's sprawling landscapes, fantastic beaches, good food anytime of the day, and genuinely warm people, one would not resist the ample combination of having urban metro scenes with the quiet countryside.

I wouldn't be surprised that Golden Haven Cebu has chosen this to be their site for a memorial park. In fact, it's one of the most beautiful in the country. It's huge 13 hectare property has mountains in the foreground, trees, grassy hills and terrain, definitely a peaceful place to spend with family and the dearly departed. It's at the Binaliw Road area and you can tell, it's got that Italian theme. There's the Saint John Paul II Memorial Hill, and the Garden Plaza, plus the Imperial Gardens that makes quite calming, it changes the mood outright if you're up for some tranquility. For a little Asian flare, Golden Haven Cebu also has The Mood Gate which functions as an entrance to mausoleums. There rests three columbaries named after St. Teresa de Avila, St. Mary of the Child Jesus and Mother Teresa of Calcutta India (called the Thereseum). If you also like nature, there exists the Vatican deck where you can see scenic views of this memorial park.

It's also near shops, schools, religious landmarks. Aside from that, I could imagine how this would be a worthy investment especially for OFW's, for their families and their children. Get in touch with them via (02) 8873-2922 to 23 as they've got people who can answer your queries.

Golden Haven Memorial Park Wins 2 Awards This 2021

Thursday, December 23, 2021

This year seems a good one especially for the folks at Golden Haven. Recently, they have been awarded by Q Asia's Quality Excellence Awards and the Philippine Top Choice Awards fro Excellence and Outstanding Achievers. This comes as no surprise because they've been doing this since 1984, providing final resting place for your loved ones in different price points, made with finely crafted themes and landscapes anyone would love. Their mission of having a themed memorial park in every hometown seems not to be far fetched, which is part of the vast expansion they plan in the next few years.

Right now they have over 30 memorial parks and over 34 other developments in cities across the Philippines and the rate of projects ramp up to almost 4 every fiscal year. They also put up colombariums like the one in Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno in C5, Pulang Lupa Las Pinas and more memorial chapels in the same city and in Pampanga. They've been given recognition or 2020 and 2021 for Best Landscape Design for a Memorial Park. This is something they've pioneered and won't be stopping in the next few years because at the end of the day, they want you to have new and long lasting memories when you visit your dearly departed loved ones in their parks.

Ceremonies happened at Casa Ibarra Hotel lasst June and to accept the award, Ms. Analyn Anero of their Luzon Division and Ms. Iris Guanzon of the Las Pinas Cluster accepted the award in behalf of their company. The other one was given at the New Coast Hotel Manila last December 17, and they have given the proceeds of that event to benefit families affected by the pandemic. They dedicate these awards to the men and women behind Golden Have and to their customers, which they have been so proud to serve all these years.

Congratulations Golden Haven! You deserve these accolades for the services you rendered.

Golden Haven Memorial Properties Sees Promising Growth

Thursday, June 24, 2021

Even though the outlook in the country is not as bullish as projected in previous years, the Philippines and its people still remain optimistic. With the advent of COVID-19 and its effects on our economy, the continuous testing, rollout of vaccination across different regions and hopefully lower numbers of cases in the coming months, should prove to be a good time to continue slowly opening up businesses in the country. The Asian Development Bank sees the Philippines as one of the most resilient economies in the region and with the wheels turning, investors should see growth in different industries including real estate.

Such is the case with investments with institutions like Golden Haven Memorial Parks. With very attractive terms and appreciation value, it would be something that would be good for OFW's, Millennials and business minded individuals as an investment package. With recent 20% per year increase in value, one would be wondering why others wouldn't choose their property that is present in over 30 locations around the country.

If you're an investor, they have lots, columbarium vaults, larger family estates and mausoleums which you can choose from. Combined with above standard customer service for postmortem needs, it looks promising for an investment, especially for any individual who would want to own properties or reach their goals.

As their COO Red Rosales puts it "We would like to encourage investors who would want to achieve Golden Haven's wish to have economic opportunities in the country."

/*Information: Golden Haven Memorial Park is a subsidiary of publicly listed Villar group. This is under Golden MV Holdings Inc. which is one of the largest real estate corporations in the Philippines.

Young Professionals Spark Interest in Golden Haven Memorial Lots

Friday, May 28, 2021

The value of saving has been inculcated and passed on to the next generation and financial literacy has been increasingly taught to even a younger audience. Now, even millennials have become very conscious and know that while they're still young,  it's important to have investments at this day and age so when the time comes, they get to rest early, spend for not just the necessities but have the nicest things and get financial security not just for themselves, but for their entire family. Having that would mean they would be able to put a roof over their head, food on their table, and the ability to help others when they can.

Some people I know even went ahead and bought memorial lots from Golden Haven which is under Golden MV Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed company. With real estate, you can be assured property lots in the country would have an increase in value much like theirs who've been 20 percent up average year on year. They're also in 30 locations around the country and investments can easily be managed online these days. It's best for young individuals who want to grow their portfolio or start off with an investment that has been doing good these past few years. All you need is one valid government ID and the eagerness to work with professional marketing representatives from Golden Haven that will guide you through the process.

As Red Rosales, the COO of Golden Haven says "We take pride in the aspects of our business; from the design of our parks, to what we offer our customers, we want to pay close attention to details to give timely and consistent service to our dear customers. We want to also enjoin young professionals to invest in Golden Haven's memorial lots so they too would be able to secure their future."

Maybe this is the sign you're looking for.

For those who don't know, Golden Haven Memorial Park is a part of Golden MV Holdings Inc. This is under the Villar group and is one of the largest real estate conglomerates in the Philippines.

Golden Haven Memorial Parks Showcases Iconic Landmarks For Filipinos

Tuesday, February 09, 2021

Golden Haven Memorial Parks has been in the industry for over 40 years and as a deathcare industry leader, they have continued to build and develop quite a number of beautiful memorial parks in the Philippines.

They painstakingly pay attention to architectural designs and even liken them from some of the iconic places in the world. It mixes the natural flora, fauna, landscapes of the Philippines and these stunning places we've often read on books and learn from in history too. They also make sure all their properties become a serene and spiritual place for your loved ones, a fitting tribut to the special people in your life.

This remains true for the Golden Haven Memorial Park property in Las Piñas City which til now, evokes the Spanish colonial look in a very catholic setting. They even have Pope John Paul II's bust erected there so people can have something to marvel while they spend time with their dearly departed. They also have the Golden Haven property in Bulacan which they made to look like the rich Amazon rainforest wherein you get that wildlife feel no matter where you look in its 4 walls. There's also the Jardin Tropicale where plants abound, a pretty good looking vegetation as backdrop to your loved ones lots.

In the Visayas they also have different features in Cebu that mixes Chinese and Spanish design. Golden Haven in Iloilo on the other hand does have Gardens of America which mixes nature and old americana architecture. In Mindanao, Golden Haven’s parks are more into the Meditteranean and Italian design pitted with California views which is bougy, bulky, more euro inspired.

Further south, they also mix it up with designs patterned from Japanese Zen, Papal Garden, Tuscan Hills, Moroccan Tapestry, Victorian Secret, French Royale and a Spanish Courtyard, like going around the world in just a few minutes. This is why more and more people trust Golden Haven for their deathcare needs, to honor those who passed that they need not worry where and how their family would visit them when the time comes. Their property also increase 20% in value year on year, so it would be a wise investment too for OFW's who would want to secure properties or earn from it as well. For those who don't know, Golden Haven is a subsidiary of publicly listed Golden MV Holdings Inc. who's very well known in the real estate industry. They're the good guys who have 200 Billion in market capital.

Pretty nifty sum, which makes them very stable.

Have You Ever Thought of Investing in Memorial Lots?

Saturday, December 12, 2020

I actually asked myself that question a couple of times because in the past, I got to actually earn a little from selling lots that I purchased a long time ago. These days, I've seen OFW's even do it on a regular basis while they are abroad and working to make ends meet. Yes, it is possible to actually invest in memorial lots and in the Philippines, it is actually a good business model if you think about it.

With about 2.2 million OFWs around the world (in 2019), that accounts for a huge amount of money being sent home to the country. As Filipinos, we often just do it to help family and friends, or in some instances, just put it in the bank and forget about it. These days, we should be thinking about growing our investments if you think about it, I've never even heard of real estate being on a slump these days. I reckon it's even pandemic proof. Take for example real estate developers like Golden Haven Memorial Park. Currently, they are in about 30 cities in the Philippines, and as of recent, they got memorial lots gaining close to 20% annual value appreciation. Imagine what that would mean to an OFW who invest in these properties for a couple of years. This is why about 10 percent of them are actual OFW's and the developer is encouraging it. They also have different schemes so it would be easier to pay via special plans made for beginning investors. This also includes easier processes for immigrants and residents from other countries so they could own lots in Golden Haven. They also have plans that include long term maintenance for the lots so they always are in tiptop shape. Then after payment has been done in full, they have ownership over the lot perpetually... that's a good thing.

As the COO of Golden Haven Red Rosales puts this, he says "It would be wise to invest in properties like these as the country continues to recover from the economic effects of the pandemic. There has been a steady and healthy appreciation of value over the years and OFW's should definitely take advantage of it."

For those who don't know, Golden Haven is a subsidiary of publicly listed Golden Bria Holdings. They've been doing really good in the real estate market in the last few years and it would be nice if everyone would have the opportunity they are having.

It's a good thing!

High Returns on Golden Haven

Tuesday, October 13, 2020

It is never a good time to talk about it. It never will be. The reality is, we need it.

At the time of your demise or some of your loved one does, you think of a place where it could be peaceful, easily accessible and possible for the ones left behind to visit. Life is unpredictable and we've all got to be ready for it. Choosing a lot is also key, so you know it would be convenient to go to when the time comes.Golden Haven Memorial Park has different locations across the Philippines. They have one in Las Piñas which is a 15-hectare property with elements of Spanish architecture and a beautiful Butterfly Garden. Golden Haven Cebu, on the other hand is one of the most beautiful memorial parks in the country. It is inspired by Italian design, located in a mountaintop, this has the Pope John Paull II Memorial Hill, the Garden Plaze, the Imperial and others.

The Golden Haven Memorial Park in Cagayan de Oro which is known for its majestic replica of the famed Christ the Redeemer statue at Rio de Janeiro. These lots used to cost a lot lower when they opened but now, they cost hundreds of thousands of pesos which means these properties are also  a good investment. Imagine, Golden Haven Memorial Park Las Piñas lots used to cost Php 5,000 in 1984, but now it costs Php 378,000 and they're not even joking. The lots in Cebu during 2005 cost around Php 232,000 while the ones in CDO cost Php 33,000 in 2007, now is Php 89,000. Now I know you don't have to hear a lot of convincing, because judging from track record alone, that right there is good proof.

Golden Haven has about thirty other beautiful site across the country and they offer memorial lots that make perfect low-risk and safe investments. You might want to take a look, and see if all these numbers makes good sense. Check out their social channels to know more about it, because investment wise, this is a nice day to start.

Are You Ready for NECRO Tourism?

The Ecumenical Chapel inside the Centennial Garden

This is one of the weirdest things I've covered this year, read on and I'll tell you why.

There's an 8 hectare property over at Macabling, Sta. Rosa in the province of Laguna that we visited a couple of days ago. Right now, it serves as an establishment in the front for Phoenix Memorial Chapels and Crematorium, and the rest of the land serves as the Centennial Garden. It belongs to a corporation that aims to provide unparalleled compassionate memorial service that's available 24/7.

Launched in 1999, Centennial Garden is a Greek inspired memorial park with state of the art facilities in Sta. Rosa Laguna. It's filled with statues of gods and goddesses, with easy and affordable lots. They also built a colombarium and crematory facility in late 2003 to serve as a respectable and solemn place for rest for those who have already departed.

This is OLYMPUS, a fully air conditioned 3 floor facility that houses urns for the dearly departed.

It's their 17th year, and they're making this a little different because they're launching a leisure place, and dubbing this whole area as a tourism spot and not just a memorial park. You heard that right. It's going to be housing a full museum, to show a glimpse of history coinciding with their necro and Greek theme. It's a bit different from the other ones with the same business. You also might think it's expensive for what you think people might have been getting but they say it's going to be reasonable. It's something that they have been working on for the past few years.

Phoenix have walk in packages as low as 25K, it's not that expensive and if you think about the amenities for your family, it's worth it.

Their thrust is, it's not going to be just for the rich and famous. These air conditioned rooms, the large buildings, all will be available for people who have their plans and not only that, they've been doing concerts, events inside the Phoenix memorial park. When the project for an eco tourism facility pushes through, they're going to be some sort of an attraction as they want to be different from other parks. Theirs is fun, a little festive and their current clientele is alreasy appreciating this believe it or not. 8 hectares means a long list of upgrades too so if you're already impressed with what they have right now, you can look forward to more in the future. In the coming months, they are also celebrating Halloween like never before.

This is the ACROPOLIS. It houses 2 chapels that can fit up to 200 people. It also has a working loft, with 2 rooms, airconditioning and a shower. If you wish to spend a night or two here without going out, or if you live quite far from the property, it's easy to stay here.

The planned museum will also be housed at the bottom of this structure and we already saw some of the items they're planning to put there. It will be like a necro tour so people would know how people around the world take care of the dead.

There's a section of the land dedicated to a full play area, plus an indoor airconditioned one so you can hold parties and sing to your heart's content with the karaoke machines. I'm sure you've never seen anything like this right?
For good luck, and a more Grecian feel, they have this Water Plaza right in the middle of everything. It makes the place more relaxed, and serene.

They're going to have a full concert, allow kids to play on their pens and even have several videoke facilities ready for the adults. If you are part of the Phoenix Memorial Chapels and have availed of their services, this can be part of the things you'll enjoy when celebrating the life of your loved ones. It's unorthodox, I know, but who says that you have to be always sad when remembering someone you love right? I've even heard relatives celebrating their birthdays there with kids included. Putting up facilities like that must have only come from those who want to really care not just for the dearly departed, but for those who you have left in the real world. I know tons of people who would prefer it that way rather than the usual. That's what Phoenix Memorial Chapels and Crematorium provides and if you're interested, you may contact them on their channels below!
