Vista Land Wants You to MOVE Into These Mega Manila and Central Luzon Properties

Saturday, March 22, 2025

Filipinos always wish for their own homes and the country's leading developer heard your call. Vista Land just announced their MOVE program, which means Making Ownership at Vista land Easy. As the name says, they've made it extra easy for you to own homes in their various projects located in 47 provinces and almost 150 cities/municipalities.

By streamlining payment plans and design them for both international and local buyers, folks can get to move in by giving 3 percent for their down payments. This would also get them over 30 percent savings if they go through the MOVE program and purchase it cash on the spot.

If you're a professional trying to start a life in one of their locations, or a husband and wife trying to grow your family, this would be a convenient way to invest. Although, this very attractive MOVE program will only be available til the end of the month (March 31st), so the best the time to avail it is NOW!

Vista Land has always been about growing communities. By putting in various house types in these locales, they get to accommodate home dwellers in different price points. Currently, they have Vista Estates, Crown Asia (who's doing different themes by the way!), Camella, Vista Manors and Lumina which they aggressively offer. They make sure these projects always have accompanying businesses, shopping centers, churches and transportation hubs nearby which makes them habitable from the day they enter their homes.

Central Luzon alone is experiencing rapid growth and several estates in the province of Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan and nearby cities are experiencing progress. Jobs are generated in these communities and folks need not to go far to make a living or enjoy life's pleasures!

OFW's could even have their homes rented out as investments, it's been done quite often and because these homes are secured, have really nice green turfs, and urban planned well, it remains an attractive dwelling for those who prefer renting. This goes the same for those who prefer condominium units in Mega Manila because everything is accessible including local rails and transportation modes in these developments. It'll be so convenient to do business and entertain themselves whenever available.

If you want to know more about their properties, simply visit their official website www.vistaland.com.ph or follow their social channels @VistaLandOfficial and see the reasons why they continue to lead in the market.

Tagaytay Highlands Ups Digital Assets

Tuesday, September 07, 2021

The pandemic has affected a lot of industries and tons of businesses have ceased operations in the country. Though bleak in some sectors, real estate has seen growth despite the odds. Tagaytay Highlands for example has adapted well in digital where they've gotten home buyers to look at assets clearly even without physically visiting sites.

Take for example Horizon Terraces Garden Villas, they have their Glendale model unit on a 360 degree virtual walk-through so their clients don't have to go there anymore. It's a really good alternative especially for those who couldn't go out since there are still restrictions in Manila and nearby cities. With a few clicks, you can go to every corner of the house and see it like you're there. It's also accessible on Android, iOS, Windows OS or Mac.

Upping the ante with that 360 degree virtual walk through is Tagaytay Highlands' very own Virtual Tour Guide which gives a more welcoming treat and personalized service so they can see what it feels living in a Garden Villa home. It shows the Glendale model unit, ground and second floor, the living room, dining and kitchen as well. There's also a third floor where the bedrooms are located and you can see that all including a view from the balcony because there are gardens and Midlands Golf Course near the property. You may see it too on their Glendale Model Unit Walk through on YouTube.

They also have Garden Villas which measure from 136 to 168 square meters, built 7 in each cluster with privacy and security in mind. Horizon Terraces Garden Villas on the other hand is closer to the golf course, cable cars and the sports facilities as well. They also have pools, world class restaurants and the Country Club which members love. If you opt for a personal visit, they have strict protocols to follow. Their property management also follow this and employ precautionary measures to make sure everyone is safe. They've been recently awarded a Safety Seal courtesy of the Tagaytay City Government which is just a proof of what they're doing in this place. For those starting a family, finding a place to live in Tagaytay, they've got flexible payment terms for The Garden Villas. They even turn over properties virtually to prevent physical events and keep you safe.

If you want to live in Tagaytay Highliands, give them a call via +63275052422 or +639175150458. You can also visit tagaytayhighlands.com or their social network pages Tagaytay Highlands on FB and IG.

Young Professionals Spark Interest in Golden Haven Memorial Lots

Friday, May 28, 2021

The value of saving has been inculcated and passed on to the next generation and financial literacy has been increasingly taught to even a younger audience. Now, even millennials have become very conscious and know that while they're still young,  it's important to have investments at this day and age so when the time comes, they get to rest early, spend for not just the necessities but have the nicest things and get financial security not just for themselves, but for their entire family. Having that would mean they would be able to put a roof over their head, food on their table, and the ability to help others when they can.

Some people I know even went ahead and bought memorial lots from Golden Haven which is under Golden MV Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed company. With real estate, you can be assured property lots in the country would have an increase in value much like theirs who've been 20 percent up average year on year. They're also in 30 locations around the country and investments can easily be managed online these days. It's best for young individuals who want to grow their portfolio or start off with an investment that has been doing good these past few years. All you need is one valid government ID and the eagerness to work with professional marketing representatives from Golden Haven that will guide you through the process.

As Red Rosales, the COO of Golden Haven says "We take pride in the aspects of our business; from the design of our parks, to what we offer our customers, we want to pay close attention to details to give timely and consistent service to our dear customers. We want to also enjoin young professionals to invest in Golden Haven's memorial lots so they too would be able to secure their future."

Maybe this is the sign you're looking for.

For those who don't know, Golden Haven Memorial Park is a part of Golden MV Holdings Inc. This is under the Villar group and is one of the largest real estate conglomerates in the Philippines.

Golden Haven Memorial Parks Showcases Iconic Landmarks For Filipinos

Tuesday, February 09, 2021

Golden Haven Memorial Parks has been in the industry for over 40 years and as a deathcare industry leader, they have continued to build and develop quite a number of beautiful memorial parks in the Philippines.

They painstakingly pay attention to architectural designs and even liken them from some of the iconic places in the world. It mixes the natural flora, fauna, landscapes of the Philippines and these stunning places we've often read on books and learn from in history too. They also make sure all their properties become a serene and spiritual place for your loved ones, a fitting tribut to the special people in your life.

This remains true for the Golden Haven Memorial Park property in Las Piñas City which til now, evokes the Spanish colonial look in a very catholic setting. They even have Pope John Paul II's bust erected there so people can have something to marvel while they spend time with their dearly departed. They also have the Golden Haven property in Bulacan which they made to look like the rich Amazon rainforest wherein you get that wildlife feel no matter where you look in its 4 walls. There's also the Jardin Tropicale where plants abound, a pretty good looking vegetation as backdrop to your loved ones lots.

In the Visayas they also have different features in Cebu that mixes Chinese and Spanish design. Golden Haven in Iloilo on the other hand does have Gardens of America which mixes nature and old americana architecture. In Mindanao, Golden Haven’s parks are more into the Meditteranean and Italian design pitted with California views which is bougy, bulky, more euro inspired.

Further south, they also mix it up with designs patterned from Japanese Zen, Papal Garden, Tuscan Hills, Moroccan Tapestry, Victorian Secret, French Royale and a Spanish Courtyard, like going around the world in just a few minutes. This is why more and more people trust Golden Haven for their deathcare needs, to honor those who passed that they need not worry where and how their family would visit them when the time comes. Their property also increase 20% in value year on year, so it would be a wise investment too for OFW's who would want to secure properties or earn from it as well. For those who don't know, Golden Haven is a subsidiary of publicly listed Golden MV Holdings Inc. who's very well known in the real estate industry. They're the good guys who have 200 Billion in market capital.

Pretty nifty sum, which makes them very stable.

Amaia Land's ISABELA at Paranaque City

Tuesday, March 05, 2019

I knew it was an Amaia property as soon as I saw the photos. I have been able to visit this place when they were just starting to put up midrise condominium units in Sucat, Paranaque City. This is the 6th one to follow Aria, Blanca, Clara, Esperanza and Fidela. They call it ISABELA and will house over 210 residential units with 24 to 42 square meter areas as this place continues to grow that 69 percent turnover rate (of all properties) they've been so proud of.

The property also has a huge swimming pool, a half basketball court, a function room, a courtyard of which homeowners would enjoy using for activities and celebrations. I envy them a lot when I visited a couple months ago. The developer Amaia Land Corp. assures Isabela’s residents the comforts and convenience of suburban living, something they deem important in building dreams, homes for families. This parcel of land stands along Dr. A. Santos Avenue in Brgy. San Antonio. It is also very near establishments like SM City Sucat, Puregold and Santana Grove. I thought it was also going to be tough travelling there but it was pretty accesible via Skyway, you can drive there around 20 minutes from Makati's central business district. (unless carmageddon happens toward south).

Amaia has continuously offered affordable and sustainable units for you hardworking Filipinos and even made arrangements for easy payment options just so you can get the ball rolling. You can pay in cash, deferred payments and via bank financing, whichever works for you.

If you want to live here, check out AmaiaLand.com or Facebook.com/AmaiaLand because it's all there! They have fun activities, restaurants and lots of food in these communities, it's just waiting to be discovered!

Amaia Targets 4,000 Turnovers This 2018

Friday, March 09, 2018

Premier affordable but quality real estate developer Amaia Land has been doing good lately. In 2017 they were able to turnover about 3,700 homes in various properties under Amaia and they won’t be stopping there. This feat alone has been able to impress real estate investors and homeowners as they continue to build communities in places like Amaia Scapes San Pablo Laguna, Amaia Scapes Trece Martirez in Cavite, Amaia Scapes General Trias Cavite, Amaia Scapes San Fernando, Amaia Scapes Bulacan, Amaia Scapes Urdaneta in Pangasinan, Amaia Scapes Pampanga, Amaia Skies Avenida in Manila, Amaia Skies Sta. Mesa, Amaia Square Novaliches, Amaia Steps Pasig Esperanza, Amaia Steps Capitol Central, Amaia Steps Sucat in Parañaque and Amaia Steps NUVALI Laguna.

They deem this as not enough and will be projecting an even bigger goal this 2018 as they are prepared to actually turnover over 4000 units which means, it looks almost impossible. But don’t fret because as far as it looks like a dream, they’re making it true with several more properties that they’ll have to finish within the year. This includes sixteen condominium buildings and villages particularly the lovely Amaia Scapes in Cabuyao Laguna, Amaia Scapes in Iloilo Sector 1, Amaia Scapes Cagayan de Oro Sector 1, Amaia Skies Cubao Tower 2 (which is near my place), Amaia Skies Shaw Boulevard, Amaia Steps Nuvali in Laguna, Amaia Steps Parkway which is also in NUVALI and one in the south which is Amaia Steps Alabang.

They will also have more acquisitions of properties and plan to have 12 more buildings in the near future. There are special deals for their Sucat and Sta. Mesa projects right now so if you’re planning to get a property in these nice times, visit amaialand.com and facebook.com/amaialand if you’re serious about it.

Decisions On Saving, Investments, Land and Property

Monday, June 23, 2014

My short stay last week down south made me think a lot about getting my own place. I could afford it but I'm thinking about some other priorities; and second guessing if it's a worthwhile investment. A condo? A house? It still really bugs me, because the last thing I want to happen is to throw away cash that I've worked hard for.

This goes the same for you guys who are just starting off at work. If you think you live paycheck to paycheck and still couldn't afford saving up for high ticket items such as a car or your own property, think of the things you've purchased that you don't really need. For example, you already have an iPhone but you go ahead and buy an iPad when in fact, you already have the same functions available on both your Apple gadgets. If you go out too much and party after a hard day’s work, think of the amount of money you could have saved than buying a few thousand pesos worth of beer because you think you deserve it every once in a while. You'll come to realize that hangovers and going bankrupt was not in the picture. Then you go to work late the next day and don't perform at par with your workplace standards. Not that I'm making you guilty about it, but I think my point stands. I learned that through the years and I think I did a pretty good job at it. It's a lifestyle change.

When we stop small things like these and save a lot, then we have to decide where to put the money. I got the chance to read an article at Lamudi which already lists down the pros and cons of owning a house versus an apartment. It saved me a lot of time. Then I figured, a condominium unit in a business district like Makati will probably be a better option if things wouldn't materialize. I have so many options to choose from but I thought about the pets, the lawn, the garage and the whole house to manage aside from the property I'd like to buy. I need to simplify my life if I want this to happen. I hope my investments in the stock market and money market yield more than what I hoped for.

What about you guys? Have you thought about where you want your money goes? Let me know!

Quick Stomach by CHADO The Tea Room

Monday, March 17, 2014

It was a hot afternoon that greeted us in the new Federal Land developed property along Macapagal Avenue called Bluebay Walk. It houses one of the nicest and newest food joints in Pasay City called Quick Stomach. This area would be an ideal future shopping destination and the placement of these food establishments beats the hour since they will garner the crowd both coming from the Mall of Asia and the planned PAGCOR City.

Longganisa with Rice and Egg

Quick Stomach serves all day breakfast, Filipino dishes and more. That afternoon, we were treated to their specials and favorites. Almost all of them were served with a side of Sitaw (yard long beans/green beans); although they say this would actually differ as what's freshly available in the market; makes sense.

Tapa with Rice and Egg

There are also several SILOG servings that are available but regularly they all serve this with plain white rice. It's healthier I guess, but they have different cooked rice varieties available on the menu. Longanisa, Tapa, Tocino, Ham, Tuna/Pork Sisig, Lechon, Tinapa, how else can you resist not having breakfast/lunch with that on the menu?

Oh wait! Here's the Executive Meals!

Because There Is An Amaia For Everyone!

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

We visited an Amaia site a few days ago to check out what they had to offer. They call this particular project STEPS and it's located a few meters away from Loyola Memorial Park in Sucat. I am actually trying to look for a condo unit my self so I listened quite attentively for what this organization had to offer, and for starters I was impressed because this project was not particularly "high rise" but belong to a more quaint "medium rise" kind of structure. Although they have that on their portfolio, we took some time checking this out and price wise it was worthy of my attention. We got schooled first.

Good looking Sixto Sengson from Ayala Land who's in charge of the Southern Luzon projects showed us how much care they actually give each parcel of land and how they make communities out of it. They also showed a preview of their other properties and got us to understand that the Amaia line would be affordable, and you can get your own home even if you are just starting.
