A few days ago, we got to see the launch of Swiss Proli Night Gummies, an FDA approved supplement made to make your usual sleep a deep one. URATEX Breaks Guinness World Record on their 55th Anniversary!

Well loved local and international sleep brand Uratex just a Guinness World Record for the longest and largest Human Mattress Domino. This feat has been initially set by folks from Brazil way back 2019 wherein 2,019 individuals did it. Uratex is celebrating their 55th Anniversary and what better way to do that but by breaking a world record, and so it begins at the SMX Convention Center.

This was attempted and verified on October 22, 2023. The Uratex Philippines President and CEO Ms. Naty Cheng was there together with over 2,355 people holding up the same number of Single Mattresses measuring 36 x 75 inches each to form the longest human mattress dominoes. Guinness World Record representative Mai McMillan from Japan assessed the feat if they get to break the record in 20 minutes and so they did.

They also did a huge surprise for attendees when they brought out the "A Very Good Girl" star Kathryn Bernardo. We all love her, and being here surely gave world record breakers extra encouragement to do the feat, and the confirmation says it all.

The Guinness World Record attempt was dedicated to the 4,000 Uratex employees and volunteers who helped pave the way to do this. They got the certificate right after and it was accepted by DJ Bigboy Cheng. The mattresses will not go to wasted as they will all be donated to over 55 local charities especially those who are in need of beds to house the homeless, seniors, the differently abled and kids which is a worthy cause to support for their 55th anniversary. Congratulations to everyone who made this attempt a successful one and helped put mattresses on beds, but also brought pride and honor to the Philippines as we hold this record for the world to see.

Mikoy Morales Releases Single "Pusong Hindi Makatulog"

We're currently in Mikoy Morales' single launch at The Music Hall in Metrowalk in Pasig. He's a buddy and I have pretty much seen how he has matured as a singer, songwriter and lately a musical director. He's been writing for GMA and the artists on his stable like Julie Ann San Jose, Rita de Guzman and a lot more. He's also done jingles for different companies, lauded by his peers and took the hard route of working for his craft. 

Mikoy now takes the stage to release a self produced introductory single called "Pusong Hindi Makatulog!" (A Heart That Couldn't Sleep!) which he wanted to dedicate to fellow insomniacs that suffer those small unforgettable heartaches, broken hearts, or if you suddenly just miss someone. He takes pride in sharing this generic hurt, that if in cases he's not alone, you could well relate to in one way or another. 

Mikoy wants you to listen to his brand of music, more of pop ballad songs which comprise most of his repertoire.

Sunshine Sometimes Spoils Sleep!

It's so nice to get some rest and recreation in this side of the world and I have been enjoying my stay in the hotel. I always go back so I can get some sleep after the tour but I'm having some problems in the morning. It's just way too bright here and they didn't have anything to cover the windows aside from mediocre treatments. The perfect solution for this is Cheap Roller Blinds and I'm going to make sure the hotel management hears from me. It would be a relief to see other tourists complement them by getting that much needed sleep. After all that's what we're all here for in the first place.

The solution is so simple and I would really want to do the same thing at home. I am a nocturnal and it is so convenient to get one on line. I want to stay asleep as long as I can so I can be ready the next day. I don't want the sunshine interrupting my sleep. If I wanted that in the afternoon a simple twist and I'd have all the light that I want. I'm going to get some for the office too so it'll be doubly private for those really confidential business meetings. The simple things really matter when you get to use them for the comforts of life!

House Changes

Sometimes no matter how much you try to avoid things from happening it still becomes a reality. I do not really regret re-modeling the house but it has taken me quite a couple thousand bucks to have my room perfect to a tee. My beds spread are all new and I even bought pillows to match the comforter Mom bought last Christmas. I do not know interior design but I guess I know and appreciate good looking things when I see one. I guess when God spread blessings for aesthetics I think I have amassed a lot of it to say humbly. I would want to have my room to look perfectly finished and have a few pieces purchased for accent. Do I still have the same black and white palate from last year you ask?! Well let's just say I put in a splash of color here and there and I bought artwork to get the theme started. I do not want it to end up like a huge collage of fabric patterns which I think I did last year.

Today this is a huge step for me and the investment I did on the whole house is really worth it. I guess I learned to at least do less control over what I think is better for the place I stay in. I had doubts but I think even if other people do things in my place it was nice to see the result went pretty well. Believing in them may have gotten me somewhere and hey! It really is not that bad so if there is any consolation, I like it a lot just so you know! At least I get very good nights sleep!
