I know what I got myself into...

I've been thinking so hard these days that I literally forget things at home. I don't know what to do anymore about my personal problems but I try so hard to concentrate on my job and gym so I don't lose it. Yeah the jolly ol me is also vulnerable, nobody knew because they think I'm strong outside...literally but I try not to shoulder things too much or I'll have a heart attack sooner than I think.

I'm taking time to rest but what happened this morning at gym was already a norm for me. If I get into trouble with my life I usually run. Yes I run until I almost run out of breath. I set the treadmill high that if I trip I'm surely going to get my face slammed on the machine. I am so lazy running before but I ran so hard so when it gets dangerous I'll be thinking about that instead of my problems. This is much like a suicide attempt but thinking about it, who died of running on a treadmill? Let me know! ^_^

I don't know if I should deal with this today because the more that I spend time thinking about it, I think the problem is getting worse. Maybe later this evening I'll try my best to talk to her. You know how these things go... I'm not sure what to say anymore. I'll let you know if things turn out okay soon.

Women Age Earlier than Men

It has been proven already that women age faster than men in clinical studies here and in the US. There are far more complicated and faster changes in bone structure and skin conditions in women than in men. This would all be attributed to shrinking facial bone structures and gravity that pull mostly everything down. Having that said, people should start taking care of themselves earlier than usual. With the toxins and bad nutritional habits we are forming in this generation, it is primarily important to make use of one's resources towards beauty.

There are various ways of doing this weather the natural way or getting medical help through augmentation, skin fillers and other methods making us and our skin look younger. I mean, who would want to look bad anyway? Real beauty cannot only be achieved by meddling with what the man above has given us. If we plan to stay in this world a little longer than what is expected, at least make an effort to take care of your self and your spiritual being. Men or women alike should never underestimate the power of prayer and being thankful for what you already have. Be true and be yourself.

"Sorry and I'm Saddened" says Chris Brown

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person" says Chris Brown as he issued a statement through his publicist. He added "Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and-or reported in the media is wrong," and said he couldn't discuss that in detail until his case is resolved. I don't know about you but since he already issued a statement out to the public berrating reports on alleged assault charges against him he should have at least mentioned something about the incident being "ALL FALSE". Otherwise, everybody is going to think he really did it. Doesn't he remember Kobe Bryant? About him going the same fire under heavy scrutiny of the media over sexuall harrasment charges I think? Well people were also thinking the end of his career then but since Kobe was a bigger star then and people needed his talents in the court, he still got endorsements. If the video below is true that Rihanna got beaten up that badly then I'm sure no one will be able to forgive Chris Brown. It's not right to hurt women in the first place and if Rihanna was that badly hurt that she lost consciousness after getting beaten up then ITS REAAAAALY THAT BAD! Don't even tell me..coz I noticed he even mentioned people who probably had good reputation in his statement and even a pastor for cryin out loud... but that wouldn't take the stigma off I'm quite sure of it. More so if Rihanna doesn't return to work soon as she even postponed her concert in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia the second time around and even her other commitments. This will be a multi million lawsuit in the works. He's probably afraid that if he issues statements that are against Rihanna's Testimony then it would probably be a woman scorned case.

God of War III – Play Station III

I'm currently playing the disaffected Spartan turned Greek God KRATOS on the PlayStation 3. I touched the console and the Video Game a few days ago at Mall of Asia and I was pleasantly surprised because this particular sequel was what I was looking for after playing the first part on my Play Station Portable. It had me looking for the same journey - medieval platform - Role Playing type of game in the same but I wasn't able to since the titles were limited here in Asia I guess.


There were apparently more releases that are only available in Japan, USA and Europe but those were not available in the South East Asian region as far as I know. This for me is more achievable than sticking to the hope of playing Xbox 360 Games in the Philippines. Getting online content is just going to be hard. I've checked out some of the downloadable content on other sites but I was unable to find that sequel. Little did I know that it would actually be not available on the Play Station Portable anymore and just stick with the Play Station 3!

It's quite disappointing if they would not release it anymore for that console because it’s quite expensive for me to purchase the bigger one as the prices are still high in this part of the world. Maybe soon they will get some emulators to play these types unless they are digitally encrypted and not allowed by the manufacturer and game makers. If it’s just the size I think some people can take care of that. I was impressed by the graphics too since I was looking at it from a large screened television at the mall. While I was playing it a lot of people were also watching me at my back because they probably never heard of it too. Good thing I tagged along with my friend to that place, now I'm planning to either wait for that to come out in my Play Station Portable or buy the Play Station 3 soon together with the PS3 Accessories. I wish I had money for that after 6 months. I'll surely save for that just because of this particular game. Just look at the fantastic graphics!

Valentines Day

This Valentines day was sad. I never got to be with my wifey because I had to do some things on my own and she had a whole lot of things planned for herself too. We practically didn't meet this day but its okay because I ain't into those mushy stuff anyway. We met Friday the 13th and that's more fearful I guess. I don't want to over dramatize everything because I don't want everybody to think that I'm telling all my stories in this site. If I did you wouldn't even dream of becoming me because I probably have my own set of problems that are completely out of this world for ordinary humans like you.

Not that I'm bitter but I'm just sad... I don't even want to talk about it. Let's see, uhmm when I went to the mall last friday it was jumpacked with people. I thought it was a recession but it seems everybody is spending in the Philippines like there is no tommorrow. The restaurants were also full and they are sometimes a lil bit pricey but it didn't stop the ordinary Juan to spend that day. Maybe they do corny stuff for a living that they go out with their loved ones and make us who are not so happy look at them so we would feel more miserable. Yeah well that happens you know. A lot of couples that I saw were even in matching shirts... guys were best dressed in skinny jeans and some women were just dirty looking... that I don't understand haha.

Things have changed but you know how the Emo fad has been going on with kids around the country. Some just don't understand it but EMO doesn't have to be dirty and filthy. I just don't want to see people doing that to my way of life. It's just revolting!

Anyway, Happy Valentines day to wherever and whenever you guys have it! ^_^ I'm happy for yah!

KUMAGCOW MOOOOVIE REVIEWS: INKHEART

Okay... since I haven't been doing this in the last few months, I guess it's time for another movie review. This time it's all about INKHEART, a huge blockbuster in the US and in the Philippines but not in my dictionary. I was disappointed overall because this had me hungry for good special effects and computer graphics. Apparently it did not succeed in convincing me that the whole place and the animals were real, aside from that the background and drawings were seen by my keen eye. If I can tell the background from the actors, then the movie's computer graphics were done poorly. I felt I was in the 80's looking at superman doing Darna in a floating table.

This movie is all about Brendan Frasier aka Mo "Silvertounge" Folchart and his ability to read books and make them appear in real life. The villain in the movie was good, but since the story was lame executed I did not appreciate Andy Serkis aka Capricorn who was a big bad mad in it. He also came from the book which Brendan Frasier read. Brendan Frasier lost his wife because the book would take someone in after reading it. He tried to get his wife back in the movie and also had a daughter that little did he know had the same talent as he did. So instead of getting Brendan to read the books, Capricorn got his daughter instead. Some characters like one of te 40 thieves from Ali Baba called Farid was also there because Capricorn asked Brendan to read something from the Arabian Nights novel. All the gold dropped from the sky. The castle was there too as the main place where the characters stayed. Paul Bettany who played the fire mancer aka DUSTFINGER was nice too because he had dragon's breath that made fire be manipulated. He used that a couple of times and even taught the thief about it. It was nice and I remember him from the movie A Knights Tale... Capricorn by the way was the one who portrayed "GOLEM" in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. He was good In the end it was Brendan Frasier's daughter Meggie Folchart portrayed by Eliza Hope Bennet that read the new page author FENOGLIO wrote so everything goes back into place. The big disappointments were all the computer graphics that you know is very limited because of the monsters short appearances and short roles in the movie. It was not that good as I hoped for. The mummy series was better than this obviously. The movie was so BITIN and everybody was still waiting for something to happen before it ended. All in all I give this 2 KUMAGS for at least making an effort for a movie. But I recommend you watch it since there are no movies left to watch this week that even passed my taste.

Worth It at the Summit

We did a hike in the province of ZAMBALES a few years ago and I remember everything vividly. I was tired at that time because I went to the outskirts of Manila to party with my friends. I did not know I was in for something the next day. This was the time when we went to a place called ANAWANGIN. It’s a remote island cove that you can reach only in two ways either by boat or by hiking a mountain.





So we did it the hard way and hiked the mountain because as everyone had in mind it was only a fun climb. The thought of walking for 4 hours didn’t frighten me but little did I know we almost got there after 6-7 hours of hiking and trekking with boulders on the side. The views were indeed spectacular as I carried my own Marmot backpack and a walking stick. I was already tired and we were not even half way as the tour guide mentioned. Lucky me I wasn’t carrying too much. My friend who’s all in his new North Face backpack and jacket was treating it easy because he was one of the most experienced mountaineer among us. We were actually all alone when we went halfway the trail as the tour guide didn’t even bother to look back and went on his way to about ¾ the trek. I was panting hard and so were my other office mates but we still managed to get there. We even took pictures of our experience and the view on top of the mountain. The summit was worth it but there was another 3 hours of going down and it was almost dark. We did hurry up a bit so we can prepare dinner and once we are already there we can eat as fast as the night comes. We only had a few things, our Outdoor Gear and ourselves but we sure enjoyed every bit of it. It’s something big but I’m glad we accomplished something other people would only dream of.

American Idol Finalist Disqualified

Huli kang bata ka! Hahahah! Joke!

Here's another fiasco in the making of American Idol. A finalist that already passed the last 36 was disqualified because she was apparently not an amateur. Joanna Pacitti was said to have been singing professionally and unable to continue in the magic 36 semi finalists in American Idol. She was then replaced by a hopeful named Felicia Barton of Virginia Beach, Va. who is a a 26-year-old married mom. She already had a record deal before with Geffen Records and released an album in the year 2006. Billboard confirmed reports that it also sold more than 16,000 copies. The fourth "American Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi recognized Pacitti when she auditioned in Louisville, Kentucky and possibly was the one who asked her to be checked. Good thing she did that so the Mom could go in. Not only that but she starred the role of Annie in Broadway when she was a young girl. Just recently she also sang the soundtrack for the movies Legally Blonde starred by Reese Witherspoon and the colorful girlie cartoon Bratz. Britney Spears' sang Out From Under in her latest album, but little did everybody know that this was performed by Pacitti on the same Bratz soundtrack. Everybody wants to do everything for fame and fortune. It just happens that she got caught huh?! Hahah...

Paws for a Cause

I'm an animal lover and on times that I have nothing to do I even take care of the pets that some of my friends lend me. I don't oblige them to get me anything in return because the sheer enjoyment of unconditional love from these creatures is to die for. I'm also an animal rights advocate and I don't want to promote some Filipino rituals that came as far as killing these furry pets and have them be eaten together with local beers and toxic drinks in the Northern part of the Philippines.

Rumor also has it that some of our cats were even made into Chinese steamed buns. Now that is just appalling. This should never be practiced and we should always think about the welfare of these animals since some of us even treat them as part of our family. I also see some Hollywood celebrities going to their birthday suits instead of using fur in most of their clothes. There are people who already us foe fur in most of their fashionable clothes and that we should really be pro active in purchasing only clothes with the same material than those which are not. Some of the animals that they get this from are almost extinct so we should really care for them before it's too late. We need to do it so that our children and theirs would at least be able to see it. Sometimes it's impossible but we need to do our share to at least take the glam out of these naturally grown fibers and furs. They need protection now more than ever.

I've got pets too named after Barbie and Ken. They are prairie rabbits and they are both cute and cuddly. My wife also had them run around parks on some instances but I'm a little afraid that they might go astray. I need to keep them in cages like these so they'll be safe from harm.
