Ampatuan Massacare Trial Starts Tomorrow

Tomorrow will be the start of a long trial process for the greatest criminal of all time MAGUINDANAO MAYOR ANDAL AMPATUAN Junior. It seems that this will be a good gauge if justice still prevails in the Philippines because he has long been tagged with the killing of about 70 journalists and politicians in the same province. I will watch the trial on cable news the whole day. I pity the victims a lot and some of them are personal friends of friends too so you could imagine the impact of this in the local scene. Even the UN has denounced these killings.
Around 75 National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents will escort him to Camp CRAME. NBI Deputy Director for Intelligence Attorney RUEL LASALA said that NBI formed a Task Force AMPATUAN to make sure that everything will be in order tomorrow.



The Philippine National Police Headquarters Support Service (PNP-HSS) will be on full alert to make sure proceedings will be smooth come the start of the trial. According to Deputy HSS Chief, Senior Superintendent Gordon DESCANZO said that there will be 360 police men will secure the court room, the path where he will be held and the other individuals that will attend the hearings. There will be no live media coverage that will take place during the trials but I am sure that major news stations will be covering this no matter how they try to stop it. Supreme Court Spokesman Attorney Midas Marquez said that they will not allow it though.

He also reiterated that electronic devices like cell phones, laptop computers, and recording devices are not allowed inside the PNP hall that will serve as the temporary court room but they will allow coverage before they start. The victims MANGUDADATU and AMPATUANS will be located separately inside as well so they won’t have any confrontations. I hope to God that he punishes the right guy and everyone who did this to innocent people.

The New Workout Regimen

It looks like I have to look for another routine I can do for this year. I need to build up more muscles obviously and the one I need should contain body building programs that have been proven to work for people with my built. I am so tired of the normal Asian regimen that they were initially forcing me to follow and I think my lineage boasts of European decent. I need to see a weight loss program that will also qualify how big I am in the first place because I am no ordinary Filipino boy.

I do not have the abdominal muscles now but I am planning to have some in a couple of months. I will have to concentrate more on my core muscles since I have already accomplished having big biceps and triceps last year. This is the eve of another change in my physique and in order to perfect what I want to be physically I need the help of all the information I can get in the Internet. Maybe I also need to read a couple of articles that would directly contribute to what I already know about working out. The new workout regimen is tantamount to the success of my body building plans this year. I will stick to it by hook or by crook!

Back to the Gym Again!

Well I've got my bags packed and I am ready to go back to the gym after three long weeks. It has been that long because aside from the holidays which I spent overeating LOL I have gained a lot of weight and I got sick too. I was not in the mood to pump iron or run anymore because I need to recuperate. Good thing I had that short 1 day vacation in Batangas that kept me relaxed and sane. Now I am feeling a lot better. I did not eat dinner a while ago but I bought myself a couple of pieces of bread, a liter of mango juice and some chips to store. It was all nice and got me fed while monitoring my work.

I need to work on my abs hehe... and my big guns of course! I will have to bulk up more so I can beat up people I don't like when I'm walking on the street LOL. I have to also do a hulk thingy with cars and stop them while running haha. I am going to keep my food intake monitored and probably cut down on a lot of things like carb. I need to keep my energy up though.

Aside from that, I am really gearing up towards a healthier lifestyle. I am gonna stay away from smoking and drinking. Which I do occasionally... but I am optimistic that I will achieve all my goals before the year ends. I just did the same this year anyway! I will pray for it just like the ones that came true this year! I hope I get to be more buff this year!

Hawaii Slip and Fall Lawyer

I wonder how he is today. You guys probably know that I did not grow up knowing a grandfather right? Don't ask me why but it is a very long story that could span around 4 decades and generations of pain and anguish for our family. I went out last night with friends and I was really happy I got to see them again because the last time we wrecked the metro was last October. I think I was really too busy with photography that I forgot about them. Not that it is a bad thing but I guess I was too pre occupied with it. I have a lot of things to do today including finishing the photo I need to submit to the office so they can put my face everywhere since they gave me the MOE award LOL.

As for the stuff I need to learn, apart from the new techniques in photoshop, I need to also learn the things concerned with video editing and presentations. I need to also learn layouts of wedding albums since I will put up a portfolio.. I need to print it out too and that might cost me a lot. The layout should also be easily modifiable since I will probably use it on other weddings after that. Maybe I'll save it on original psd format so the only thing that I will do is copy and paste the pictures afterwards. That would be neat! Can you suggest sites where I can get them?! Thanks!

Downloading Time!

Okay, so here I go downloading stuff again from the Internet and as I see it is going to take me around 8 hours to get that game that I want. It is crawling badly right now and I do not know of any source I can get this anymore in our side of the world so I have to do this. There are actually no more seeders when I used a Torrents Search Engine which probably is because the game is too old. I could not blame them if their web sites are full of ads and ultra low download rate. I guess they want their advertisements to be seen longer so we can be forced to get a premium account for faster download rates. I guess you know what site I am referring to.

I love this game too much that I am willing to wait this long rather than downloading the parts one by one instead. It is going to take me a long time but if you think about it; they are giving this away for free so who am I to complain?! Maybe if I get to see more seeders I would have faster download rates and I could manually configure my upload rate to be slower instead. I would like to dedicate bandwidth to this endeavor so people around my house might end up getting a slower connection tomorrow. I need to warn them as early as now. Anyway I need to satisfy my gaming needs and this is the only place I can get it, not that I am complaining but nobody gave me anything for Christmas. LOL!

My Shots @ The Avant Garde Wedding Photoshoot

Okay, here it is. I'll show you a glimpse of my set. I wanted the theme to be cohesive and since I learned something new about post processing it was just right to implement it to all the photos I have on the wedding set. Although it is painstakingly taking me too much time for a single photo, I think it came out right. It was well worth it. I think I also have taken advantage of the golden hour while on this shoot with the nocturnals. I like the different ways she actually gets the poses I want for the shoot. I'm talking about Jinri... she is Korean and if you look at the other pictures I have on my laptop, it would all consist of high fashion shots. These samples are all the wholesome more general viewing shots of the set. But you get the idea right? Cindy on the other hand was shot when it was almost night time so you can see the background a little darker than usual. Jinri were in some rooms in the orchidarium when we got those shots, hence the night effect. It was an awesome way to test out our flashes for off camera capabilities. It was really awesome! I still have another set which I have not finished so watch out for that!

Phone Retires and there are Promos!

Two cell phone companies just put up small kiosks on the office lounge and offered us free phones if we subscribe to their system. The offer is very nice since they usually cost around 4-5 thousand pesos in local malls. I wonder if these promotional products would be offered until next year. I plan to get an IPHONE because my current NOKIA 6280 is already giving up on me. It acts up when I put it on my pocket and shuts down by itself. I would really like to replace it but it has been very convenient for me.

The photos I took from it are also phenomenal. I took it on a climb last year and those are the photos above. Pretty nice huh?! You see it is really simple and very convenient to have a phone that will cater to your needs. I may get another one but this old one is going to be memorable. This actually started my frustrations with photography. I have an entry level camera now which I use for fashion and portraits. So you now see why I have these photos now.

I guess it did more to me than inspire me right?! I hope you like what it eventually had me do and appreciate the work I do now for models and their portfolios. I need a phone and I hope it performs better than this old one that I have. Otherwise it will just be paperweight when I get it from those companies. I think I need to see an on line store now. Where do I start?!

Looking for Samurai Showdown 2

My gaming addiction just kicked in. I am trying desperately to find a copy of a CSO file particularly one that has the Samurai Showdown 2 game on it. There is one though called an anthology which I hope contains all the games and versions of this title. The deal is I don't want to download stuff from sources that I do not have control of and if viruses come with it then I would really think about it twice. I don't want to damage photos on my laptop since I need this for photo editing. A hobby that has taken me places I have never been.

I am also having a little headache or hangover from drinking after my shift. I just found a couple of friends from a site I frequent a couple of years ago. I want to make a better choice this year but I think I will settle for the gaming itch first. It says that it would actually take me around 8 hours to download it but its okay, I'll try and see if this works. I really need it as you may know I was a champion of this game when I entered a competition on a local mall. I remember people crying after they lost to me LOL.

Office Inconvenience

I just came back from the other building to have New Year's Eve dinner. When I came back to my office it was scorching hot. Guess what?! The air conditioning unit bogged down again and it will probably be fixed tomorrow morning when people from the building administration arrive. I could have survived this with electric fans but since my cube looks like a room from a hospital/mental institution, it would be too hot in a couple of minutes. If that does not do anything to me, the humidity is going to kill me. I think it is a little too dry around here. I do not even have a sprayer with me to keep me sane throughout the shift but if I would not be able to work with these conditions, I might consider going to the other building instead.



This has happened in the past and I am pretty used to the ac compressor getting broken which would take them days to order and fix. We do not have facilities or systems which you can depend on line if it happens. I think it would be best if they get organized this year; so this would not happen again. It already is hot outside and it would not be fit to be hot here too.
