We usually gain around 10 pounds every year and the bigger feasts come every December where Christmas parties are a plenty. We enjoy our favorite food like the usual pasta, fried food, hams and salads. All of these are ridden with thousands of calories and if you don't stop yourself you'll surely get more than that. How can you celebrate without the guilt?
