Avida Opens New Showroom at Ayala Malls Manila Bay

The other unit for Patio Madrigal was spacious, presented bare, has its own balcony so you can see the view of the city from this vantage point. Patio Madrigal is located in Roxas Boulevard and is a high rise project that can accomodate 595 units in over 14 residential floors. This will be done in towers so if you're planning to get one, it might be better to do it now. They also have 4 podium levels made for mixed use, quite nice to be for restaurants, shops and other commercial establishments that would make life easy when living there.
