Watsons plans to introduce a modern retail concept for in store and online shopping. With customers at heart, they will make their stores as core touch points, enabling technology and big data and make customers shop conveniently in all their platforms. The flagship store is a modern interactive store that will have data, big screens for vitamins, refilling stations, sustainability area, which they plan to implement in other stores soon. This is their O+O experience plan to make customers get what they need wherever they are, to hopefully also have 1360 stores in 2026.
