I have been able to dine in this restaurant only thrice; because it is a little far from where I live. But everytime that I do, I always make it a point to bring along some friends to have a couple of plates messed up with what they have on the menu. This is Sentro 1771.

This is Executive Chef Vicky Rose Pacheco's brainchild.Together with other restaurants under the Chateau 1771 Group of Restaurants like Chateau 1771 in Greenbelt 5, Café 1771, WineBar 1771 and Sidebar at El Pueblo, Sentro 1771 provides a venue for Pinoys to go back and reminisce Filipino dishes the way it used to be and more. This is much of a hit with balikbayans and plain jane pinoys alike. Since it's their 10th year, she thought of the freshest ingredients and the best meat product that she could find. The ordinary Sinigang ain't the usual anymore because they just came out with Sinigang na Corned Beef! Imagine the flavor combination, all the usual veggies enveloped in mouth watering beef flavor from chunks of meat that turns into fibers because its fork tender! Totally yummy! Isn't that a great way to celebrate their 10th year?! =)

You can celebrate with them too by visiting Sentro 1771 in Greenbelt 3. They are open from 11am to 11pm (Monday to Sunday). You can also go to their Serendra branch which opens 7am to 10:00 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and 7am to 11:00pm (Friday to Saturday).
